Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein testify at New York State Capitol. Two of the four survivors told their story for the first time on Monday.

‘Four women who say they're survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring appeared at the New York State Capitol on Monday, testifying at the NYS Senate Codes Committee meeting.

They told their stories, while advocating for the passage of legislation they saw would strengthen accountability and the timing in which an individual is able to report a crime.

Two of the four survivors told their story for the first time on Monday. Alexandra Golematis says she was first sexually abused by Epstein when she was 14.

"What was going through my head was overwhelming fear, shame, and confusion," Golematis said.

"He sexually abused me like this for years, every time a similar, except one time he used my vulnerability against me and began escalating his behavior.

She said the Epstein estate has invoked the Statute of Limitations when responding to her allegations and calls for justice. She was joined at the table by Glendys Espinal, who also was stepping forward for the first time.

"I met Epstein when I started my sophomore year in high school. After I met him, he manipulated, first tricked me into massaging him," Espinal said. "Because I was sex trafficked to Epstein, I have suffered to this date from PTSD, extreme anxiety and depression...It is very important for me that the sex trafficking laws pass so that I and other victims of Jeffrey can receive justice, accountability and protection under the law."

A civil court document obtained by THE PUGILIST from the Epstein Files and Trial Archive reveals that a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking network gave sworn testimony in 2009 naming four powerful New Mexico politicians as possessing knowledge of Epstein’s finances and his sexual exploitation of minor girls.

The testimony was filed in active Palm Beach County litigation, available to law enforcement for seventeen years, and apparently ignored entirely by New Mexico officials — including the men named in it.

As of today, not one of them has been investigated. THE PUGILIST is the first New Mexico news outlet to report on this document.

The document, case number 50 2008 CA 028051, filed in the 15th Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County, Florida, and appearing in the DOJ files as EFTA00727690, contains interrogatory answers from an anonymous plaintiff — a minor girl at the time of the abuse — who described being trafficked by Epstein beginning at age 14, visiting his Palm Beach home more than 100 times between 2002 and 2005, and personally recruiting more than 50 other minor girls for him at $200 per girl.

The abuse she describes occurred in Florida. Under oath, she identified more than 60 individuals she believed had knowledge of Epstein’s crimes and finances. Among them: the sitting governor of New Mexico, the state’s attorney general, its land commissioner, and the sheriff whose jurisdiction covered Zorro Ranch.

Newly unearthed court records reveal that in 2009, a woman accused President Donald Trump of having “knowledge” of Jeffrey Epstein’s “sexual desire for minor girls,” veteran journalist Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez wrote — an accusation she noted had been “available to law enforcement for 17 years.”

The accusation was discovered in a set of written answers provided by a woman who claimed to have been abused by Epstein as a minor between 2002 and 2005 at his home in Palm Beach, Florida.

The filing is part of a lawsuit the woman, whose name is redacted in the document, brought against Epstein in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County.

The set of written answers was in response to questions provided by Epstein and his attorneys, according to the filing, one of which asked the woman to “list the names of all persons who are believed or known by you to have any knowledge concerning any of the issues in this lawsuit.”

The woman’s attorney or attorneys responded with a list of more than 50 names. Fifth on that list was “Donald Trump,” written more than seven years before he would become president.

Next to the listed names was a brief description of their knowledge concerning the lawsuit; one was accused by the woman of arranging for “underage girls to go to and from Jeff’s island,” and another, of being “Epstein’s house manager during [the] time our client went to him.” Trump was explicitly accused of having “knowledge of finances and [Epstein’s] sexual desire for minor girls.”

In the other written responses, the woman did not mention Trump again, but did detail the alleged abuse she endured while at Epstein’s home, which she claimed to have visited “more than 100 times.”

“I was made to touch the Defendant. I also observed sexual acts and had sexual acts perpetrated on me by Defendant, Jeffrey Epstein. At various times I was unclothed, as was the Defendant and others,” reads the written response in the legal filing.

“At all times material, I was a child, under the age of 18 years. The Defendant also used me to bring him other minor girls and he controlled and brainwashed me into believing this lifestyle was healthy and normal for a girl my age.”
