🗣 How to Improve Your English Pronunciation?
👂Learn to listen.
Try to identify the sounds, feel the difference between
back /bæk/and bag /bæɡ/
tree /triː /and three /θriː/
live /lɪv/and leave /liːv/
👄Notice how your mouth and lips move.
Use a mirror. This is by far the simplest way to tell what your mouth is doing while you talk.
Watch other people and notice the shape their mouth and lips make when they talk.
Try following along with your favorite TV show or movie. Can you repeat the faces and sounds that the actors are making?
👥Listen to pronunciation podcasts and shadow (repeat) everything that you hear there, word by word, paying attention to the sounds, stress, intonation.

✅ Give yourself time to think
In speaking, we often use well at the start of what we say.
Its main function is to show that we are thinking about the question that we have been asked:
- How was your meeting?
- Well, it’s difficult to say. I think they liked our presentation but I am not sure.
-How long would it take to drive from Dundee to here?
- Well, let me see. I’d say it would take at least three hours, if not more.
We can use well to show a slight change in topic, or when what we are about to say is not quite what is expected:
- Did you like that book?
- Well, it was interesting, but war stories are not really my favourite.

🎼I just call to say I love you
Listen to an amazing Stevie Wonder's song.
He sings about why he calls his sweetheart, just to say I love you.
He also innumerates the things which are not the reasons for his call.
Every month of the year is either mentioned or inferred in this song.
I just call to say I love you
No New Year's Day 🎄to celebrate
No chocolate 🍫 covered candy hearts 💕 to give away
No first of spring 🌱
No song to sing 🎶
In fact here's just another ordinary day
No April rain ☔️
No flowers bloom 🌷
No wedding 👰 Saturday within the month of June
But what it is, is something true
Made up of these three words that I must say to you
I just called to say I love you 💕
I just called to say how much I care
I just called to say I love you 💕
And I mean it from the bottom of my heart ❤️
No summer's high ☀
No warm July
No harvest moon to light one tender August night 🌙
No autumn breeze
No falling leaves🍂
Not even time for birds 🦆to fly to southern skies
No Libra ♎️ sun
No Halloween 🎃
No giving thanks to all the Christmas 🎄 joy you bring
But what it is, though old so new
To fill your heart❤️ like no three words could ever do
I just called to say I love you💕
I just called to say how much I care, I do
I just called to say I love you💕
And I mean it from the bottom of my heart❤️

📢A heartwarming Valentine's Day story in the Bronx (New York, the USA) shows love comes in all different shapes and sizes.
👧🏼Stella, a 5-year-old living in the borough, stands on the platform at the Longwood Station every day.
👋Her father says she waves to the operators, who then sometimes wave back and even honk as the 6 train rolls in.
🚊On this Valentine's Day, the train came in unusually slow and approached Stella and her father.
💝An operator's window opened and, to Stella's surprise, she was given a box of chocolates.
🙌The family had been trying to identify the operator to give him a full thank you for the kind gesture.
👇Later Wednesday, NY1 found out that Stella's Valentine was Joe Moreno of Pelham Bay.
