🔹Все перечисленные направления, уверен, можно и нужно развивать и в более широком контексте – с участием всех стран Содружества Независимых Государств. Россия в следующем году примет председательство в СНГ, и мы настроены на самое тесное сотрудничество с партнёрами по Содружеству в реализации намечаемых амбициозных планов.

💬В.В.Путин: Ни на одном из участков боевых действий украинские войска не достигли поставленных перед ними задач. Это абсолютно очевидная вещь.
🔹Да, у нас ещё этих современных вооружений не хватает, но оборонная промышленность, оборонно-промышленный комплекс страны развивается быстро, и – я уверен – все стоящие перед «оборонкой» задачи будут, безусловно, решены.
‼️За эти дни мы наблюдаем значительные потери войск украинского режима. Известно, что при наступательных операциях потери примерно три к одному – это классика. Но в данном случае это значительно превышает классические показатели. Я сейчас не буду воспроизводить эти цифры, но они впечатляют.
☝️ Ответственность за эту трагедию целиком и полностью лежит на нынешнем киевском режиме.
🔹Наступательный потенциал войск киевского режима ещё сохраняется.
🔹Исхожу из того, что военное руководство России реально оценивает складывающуюся ситуацию и будет исходить из этих реалий в выстраивании наших действий на ближайшее время.

🔹First of all, we are talking about the further expansion of trade ties and greater involvement of our economies and economic entities in Eurasian production, transport and logistics chains.
🔹We need to increase industrial cooperation more vigorously, to create new joint ventures, including under the common trademark, ‘Made in the EAEU.’
🔹Particular attention should be paid to strengthening technological sovereignty in the backbone sectors of the economy and achieving genuine technological self-sufficiency.
❗️ We are certainly not going to isolate ourselves from anyone, from the global economy, especially not from its most promising development centres. This is not about sparing no effort to make everything at home top to bottom – this is not our plan, not at all. We will strive to remain a significant part of the global economy, and we certainly will.
🔹In the same vein, it is imperative that we ensure digital independence.
🔹We should step up our activity via the executive authorities and the central banks of our countries to strengthen our financial sovereignty.
🔹I am sure that all these areas can and should be developed in a broader context: with the participation of all member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Russia will assume the CIS chairmanship next year, and we are determined to work very closely with our partners in the commonwealth to implement these ambitious plans.

🔹Indeed, we still do not have enough of the latest weapons, but the arms industry, the country's defence industry is making strides, and I am sure that the defence industry will, without a doubt, fulfil its goals.
‼️ Over these days, we have seen the Ukrainian regime suffer significant causalities. As is known, losses routinely amount to about three to one during offensive operations. But in this case, they are much higher. I am not going to give these figures, but they are striking.
☝️The responsibility for this tragedy lies entirely with the current Kiev regime.

💬 А.И.Антонов: Соединенные Штаты продолжают накачивать своих подопечных новыми партиями смертоносных вооружений. Ассигнования на эти цели столь внушительных финсредств говорит об одном: в Вашингтоне не намерены искать пути к дипломатическому урегулированию конфликта.
❌ Представители администрации не сделали ничего, чтобы усадить режим Зеленского за стол переговоров. Напротив, здесь методично подталкивают своих марионеток и дальше жертвовать человеческими жизнями во имя сумасбродной цели - нанести России «стратегическое поражение». Отступиться от этой задачи для Вашингтона невозможно. На кону репутация руководства страны, выбравшего тропу войны, а не дипломатических развязок.
👉 Местных ястребов не беспокоит, что миллиарды долларов налогоплательщиков тратятся не во благо американских граждан, а сжигаются в топке войны. 💬 Anatoly Antonov: The United States goes on pumping its wards with new batches of lethal weapons. The allocation of such impressive financial resources for these purposes proves one thing: Washington does not intend to look for ways to a diplomatic settlement of the conflict.
❌ Administration officials have done nothing to bring the Zelenskiy regime to the negotiating table. On the contrary, the U.S. has been methodically pushing its puppets to continue to sacrifice human lives for the sake of a wild goal - to inflict a "strategic defeat" on Russia. It is impossible for Washington to back down from this task. The reputation of the country's leadership, which has chosen the path of war rather than diplomatic outcomes, is at stake.
👉 Local hawks are not bothered by the fact that billions of taxpayers’ dollars are not spent for the benefit of American citizens, but are burned in the furnace of war. Moreover, the money has been disappearing in the black hole of corruption, smuggling and Kiev’s fraudulent schemes. It is becoming increasingly difficult for the United States to hush up these improper phenomena.

💬 Sergey Lavrov: Western politicians and their baited media have long been accusing Russia of all kinds of “mortal sins” without citing any evidence.
Just think about the Skripals case, the alleged poisoning of Alexey Navalny, the Malaysian Airlines crash, the terrorist attack against the Nord Stream pipelines and the staged murders of civilians in Bucha. Incidentally, as regards Bucha, we have asked UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres many times to intercede and demand that Kiev publish the names of those whose bodies the Kiev regime presented to the international community in early April last year. Silence has been the only response. Everyone is silent. No reaction. <...>
Now we are hearing statements to the effect that it does not matter who blew up the Kakhovka HPP. The only reason for this is Russia’s "invasion" of Ukraine.
❗️Meanwhile, nobody in the West or the UN Secretariat, for that matter, recalls that starting in the summer of 2022, the Ukrainian regime repeatedly shelled the Kakhovka HPP using, in part, American HIMARS MLRSs and then publicly flaunted these actions.

❓ Question: It seems that, fortunately, tensions in Kosovo have somewhat eased in recent days. Is this so? What can you say about the developments in that region? What could facilitate a resumption of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina?
💬 Maria Zakharova: We have seen some stabilisation in the north of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija. The outbreak of violence unleashed by Pristina under a NATO shield has abated, but the root causes of the escalation have not been eliminated, and the West has not drawn the right conclusions.
Mediators from Washington and Brussels perked up, trying to avoid a new round of tension in the region. As before, they are set on achieving this exclusively at Serbia’s expense. Pretending to condemn the Kosovo “authorities” for inciting the conflict and imposing some makeshift “sanctions” on them, they are trying to force another obviously flawed finale on Belgrade.
In return, they are offering Serbia economic assistance, an influx of investment, and wider military cooperation. There is no doubt that behind these promises, there are plans to pull Serbia away from Russia and other traditional partners, to force it to disrupt its strategic partnership with our country.
The West wants Belgrade to persuade the Kosovo Serbs to take part in the re-election of the heads of the northern communities and return to the regional institutions without any preconditions, that is, taking the US and EU’s word for it when they say Serbia’s interests will finally be taken into account. Of course, those vague promises of Western support do not guarantee the withdrawal of Pristina’s special forces from non-Albanian areas, much less the creation of the Community of Serb Municipalities of Kosovo (CCMC). Meanwhile, these are the key prerequisites for a resumption of dialogue, which is impossible in a situation where Serbs suffer severe persecution in Kosovo and have to fight for physical survival.
The Americans’ studied frown at the Kosovo “leadership” is clearly not enough. Decisive steps are needed to steer the negotiation process in a business-like vein, where the parties would work to achieve solutions within the international legal framework. Instead, the “prime minister,” Albin Kurti, is being allowed to go further and further beyond the limits of balanced behaviour. He stages public sessions of self-hypnosis, chanting a ridiculous slogan about Kosovo being the most democratic state in the Western Balkans and using the term “fascist militia,” which stigmatises local Serbs, likening them to Italian Blackshirts squads that served Benito Mussolini. We see this as a clumsy attempt to put a label on the Serbs that primarily refers to the Albanians themselves, when they formed the Albanian Fascist Militia based in Tirana during the Italian occupation of 1939-1943.
❗️ We call on the West to stop its destructive policy in the Kosovo settlement and stop playing up to the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government in Pristina in their ambition to turn the province into an ethnically pure territory. There is no alternative to UN Security Council Resolution 1244. Any substitution of this cornerstone document is fraught with a deepening of the crisis with unpredictable consequences for security in the Balkans.

Federal Law No. 179-FZ On Denunciation of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe by the Russian Federation, adopted on May 29, 2023, took effect on June 9.
Russia sent notifications as prescribed by this treaty, also known as the CFE, to the treaty’s depositary (the Netherlands) and other states-parties via their embassies in Moscow and through delegations in the Joint Consultative Group on the CFE in Vienna.
Russia notified the states-parties of its decision to withdraw from the CFE within 150 days of the notice, or at midnight on November 7, 2023.
Due to Russia’s withdrawal from the CFE, two other associated legally binding documents will cease to be in force for the Russian Federation:
👉 the Budapest Agreement on Maximum Levels of Holdings of Conventional Arms and Equipment for the Members of the Warsaw Treaty of November 3, 1990 (was designed to determine the levels of conventional arms for each member of the then-effective Warsaw Pact and level change mechanisms);
👉 the Flank Document Agreement of May 31, 1996 (prescribed a temporary solution to the issue of flank restrictions that resulted from the dissolution of the USSR).
It is clear that, in today’s conditions, the CFE has definitely become a vestige of the past.
⚠️ Our opponents should not have any illusions about Russia returning to the CFE compliance.

🗓 9 июня в Женеве состоялся очередной раунд консультаций заместителя Министра иностранных дел Российской Федерации С.В.Вершинина с подключением заинтересованных российских ведомств и компаний с делегацией ООН во главе с Генеральным секретарем Конференции ООН по торговле и развитию (ЮНКТАД) Р.Гринспан.
Состоялся детальный обмен мнениями по вопросам обеспечения реализации Меморандума Россия-ООН по нормализации отечественного сельхозэкспорта. Особое внимание было уделено обзору текущей ситуации с решением пяти системных проблем:
• переподключение «Россельхозбанка» к SWIFT;
• возобновление поставок запчастей и техники;
• транспортная логистика и страхование;
• аммиакопровод «Тольятти-Одесса»;
• разблокирование «замороженных» активов российских компаний.
❗️ С российской стороны было констатировано отсутствие прогресса по трем из пяти указанных задач (аммиакопровод, переподключение к SWIFT и запчасти). Продвижение по данным трекам, по сути, полностью заблокировано западными столицами.
☝️ В этой связи вновь подтверждено, что только скорейшее и эффективное урегулирование указанных проблем может способствовать восстановлению беспрепятственного доступа российских продовольствия и удобрений на мировые рынки, что соответствует целям глобальной продовольственной безопасности в целом.

#ДеньРоссии 🗓 В преддверии Дня России в детском оздоровительном лагере им. Ю.А.Гагарина Министерства иностранных дел была организована патриотическая акция «Мы чествуем родную страну - нашу Россию!».
В ходе яркого и запоминающегося мероприятия дети исполнили государственный гимн и патриотические песни. Яркое выступление представили участники танцевального коллектива. Ребят тепло поддерживали сотрудники МИД, вожатые и воспитатели.
Отмечалось, что для нашего многонационального государства чувство патриотизма, преданности и любви к Родине является поистине бесценным. Молодое поколение умеет достойно уважать и оберегать прошлое, многовековую историю страны, её лучшие традиции и ратные подвиги.
Кульминацией патриотической акции стали вынос российского флага и символический выпуск в небо 12-и голубей.
Данное мероприятие проводилось в рамках реализуемой в МИД программы патриотического воспитания молодежи.
