Eurasianism as a global trend
In the broad sense, the Eurasian Idea and even Eurasia as concept do not strictly correspond to the geographical boundaries of the Eurasian continent, The Eurasian Idea is a global-scale strategy that acknowledges the reality of globalization and the termination of "nation-states" (Etats-Nations), but at the same time offers a different scenario of globalization, which entails neither unipolar world nor united global government. Instead, it offers several global zones (poles). The Eurasian Idea is an alternative of multipolar version of globalization, but globalization is currently the major fundamental world process that decides the main vector of modern history

"The spread of so-called European cosmopolitanism among the non-Romano-Germanic peoples is a pure misunderstanding. Those who succumbed to the propaganda of the Romano-Germanic chauvinists were misled by the words "humanity", "universal", "civilization", "world progress" and so on. All these words were taken literally, while they actually hide certain and very narrow ethnographic concepts."

After collapse of the Soviet Union, the only remaining ideology in the world is liberalism, the main conductor of which became the United States.
However, despite the total hegemony of Western ideas, many people around the world are engaged in a daily struggle against globalism.
In the post-Soviet space, Eurasianism became the anti-idea of liberalism: we promote our view of the future both through the International Eurasian Movement and the Eurasian Youth Union.
The main ideologist of Eurasianism, Alexander Dugin, proposed the Fourth Political Theory - an alternative model of the world: there is a place not only for the Eurasian Empire, but also for other civilizational poles. Peoples will be able to develop independently, and conflicts will be resolved mainly through the dialogue of civilizations.
However, in order to implement our plans, we need to get rid of the liberal Western contagion. Russia had began its struggle for the civilizational independence. Who is next?

Neo-Eurasianism is the political theory of the construction of Empire, of a “large space,” in the present and the future. Either Neo-Eurasianism will become the fundamental paradigm of the Russian elite, or an occupation awaits us. Let us notice that other potential “large spaces” and other peoples are all without exception interested in an Eurasianist renaissance starting in Russia. Everybody wins from this, since Eurasianists speak up strongly not for universalism, but for “large spaces,” not for imperialism, but for “empire,” not for the “interests of any one people,” but for “the rights of peoples.
