Found a great AI assistant for the CEO

If you own a business, try the EchoCEO assistant. It's a free GPT-based assistant that first floods you with questions, and then can make recommendations for tasks you designate for it.

For our studio, he did a market analysis in several countries, put together a marketing strategy and offered to talk about values.

It was interesting to talk, because the same ChatGPT takes quite a long time to come to full synchronization. Here this point was solved for us with a stack of questions.

Anyone here who records podcasts? This is for you!

Grro is an AI-based tool designed to help podcasters expand their audience through cross-promotion.

Using the podcast audience assessment tool, based on the Echo audience graph, podcasters can get an idea of how well their podcast is performing within their target topics compared to other podcasters.

The service offers deep audience analysis by registering the podcast feed and analyzing the audience's listening habits. Then it provides individual recommendations for cross-promotion, based on the interests of the audience and the topics it deals with.

For those who love to track the progress of personal and work tasks

Elisi is a convenient, cross-device planner that will help you increase your personal productivity. The AI assistant scans tasks, identifies difficulties, and offers personalized strategies.

I haven't tested it myself yet, as I'm still getting by with a homemade tracker in Notion, which literally counts progress bars for my entire life. Before that, I also used a handy habit tracker for individual habits and tasks. I'll send it if you're interested.

Do you use anything similar?

In the vast world of Product Hunt, I found this AI-based task planner

BeforeSunset AI adjusts your schedule using intelligent planning, helping you plan not alone, but with the help of AI.

It optimizes your timetable, arranges tasks, assists with the calendar, and AI is good at creating subtasks (breaking tasks into smaller ones).

There is a free version available.

Opa, OpenAI has launched "tasks" in ChatGPT.

1. Scheduled actions:
You can set one-time or recurring tasks.

2. Suggestions:
ChatGPT will suggest tasks based on your interactions with it.
You can accept or decline these suggestions.

3. Task management:
Manage your tasks in chat threads.
Or use the special "Tasks" section in the profile menu.

4. Notifications:
Receive notifications about task completion. These alerts come on the web, PC version, and smartphone.

5. Limitations:
Currently, you can have up to 10 active tasks. That's not cool.

6. Availability:
Tasks are available for ChatGPT Plus, Team, and Pro subscribers. Free users will receive this functionality later this year.

Found a beautiful service that turns a simple journal into a tool for enhancing thinking.

It's called Mindsera. It's a platform where AI analyzes entries, offers insights, and helps view thoughts from a new angle.

What makes it interesting:

— You can choose a "mental mentor" — for example, a stoic, Jobs, or a cognitive psychologist — and get analyses in their style.
— AI doesn't just feedback text, but asks questions, suggests ideas, and stimulates reflection.
— It develops the habit of analyzing your thoughts and drawing conclusions, not just recording events.

An intriguing tool if you want to try something new in journaling or working with thinking.

For those who value open source, encryption, and flexible customization.

6. Reflect AI — GPT-memory in your pocket
- GPT-4o speeds up the assistant, and Gemini chat with a 2 million token window digests your entire note archive.
- Double ⌥/Alt activates a built-in Whisper-based transcriber: voice instantly turns into text right where you need it in the note.
- OCR extracts text from photos and PDFs; split-pane keeps two notes side by side; reverse links are available.
Price: 14-day trial, then $10/month.
An intriguing solution for one, they also have a Chrome extension.

Missed it, and maybe you did too.

Slack has a major update.

AI tools are coming to all paid plans. What's changed:

- Pro ($7 per month): summaries of long threads. Auto-summaries of calls.
- Business+ ($15 per month): Daily recaps, message translations. "Ask and find" search powered by AI.
- Enterprise+: Company-wide search. Advanced task management. Agentforce bots right in your channel.

We used Slack in my previous studio, liked it. Now I remembered it and even caught some nostalgia.
