Google integrated AI directly into Sheets.

Now
=AI() — is a formula

Gemini has moved into Google Sheets.
The formula =AI("your query", A1) allows Sheets… to think.

Now you can, directly in a cell:

– Determine where someone plays.
Example:
=AI("What professional league does this team play in?", A1)
and it will tell you, NBA or NHL.
– Understand the sentiment of a text.
Whether a review is happy, complaining, or neutral — AI distinguishes and classifies it.
– Summarize.
Was: "Very good product, but delivery is terrible and the courier..."
Becomes: "Negative due to delivery."
– Categorize.
For example, client inquiries: appreciation / exchange request / return request.
– Generate text.
Slogan, letter, keyword list — full-fledged generation.

🧠 The feature is currently available as part of the Gemini alpha testing for Google Workspace.
If you are among the participants, you can already play around with it. Others — wait for the public launch.

Well, Grok can now generate PDFs

You describe the task and add: create PDF. It only worked for me on the third try; initially, it gave some errors but kindly offered to fix them. Of course, I agreed, and it turned out to be worth it.

It works for free, test it here.

AI-search engine Exa launched Websets

This is a new feature that immediately generates a table with the information you need based on your query. All the context is gathered directly from websites, aggregated, structured, and presented in an understandable format. Directly into a table.

Examples:

— "Spatial computing startups" → receive names, descriptions, links, investment amounts
— "AI companies in Europe" → map of players by regions, stages, types of products
— "Marketplaces for artists" → platform, terms, commission, link

You can delve deeper — Websets has an API, so you can directly integrate data into your pipelines and interfaces.

Try it here.

Perplexity launches Labs

Now it's something like a whole team.

What it does:

– writes code
– builds charts and tables
– writes reports and presentations
– assembles simple web applications
– all in one window

You can request: perform a sales analysis for the year + dashboard + interactive page with filters, and it's ready in 10 minutes.

Features:
– all generated files are stored in Assets, convenient for downloading and reviewing
– you can assemble mini-applications right inside the interface
– AI plans steps, googles, writes code, and debugs by itself

For creatives and producers – a way to quickly turn an idea into a prototype. For teams – a chance to make quick MVPs.

You can try it now if you are on a Pro subscription.

Installed Genspark browser

I really liked it.

There are a ton of use cases, making internet browsing twice as enjoyable, like Chrome on steroids.

I haven't tried everything yet, but I already tested AI Slides. I sent it a link to Durov's fresh interview with Tucker Carlson, and it compiled a PRESENTATION based on this video 🤣 (I'll post it in the comments).

It can also help with finding products on websites, compare offers, find similar items, make digests from social media feeds, scroll by itself, create meetings, and much more.

Currently, it's only available on Mac, download here.

Unstable segment KSTATI

Google has improved Gemini. Now it finally not only reads PDFs, but also helps to work with them.
Now, when opening a PDF in Drive, a card with a brief summary and suggestions, on what to do next, appears.

For example: Draft a proposal / Make a list of questions for this resume; and so on, depending on the context of the file.

Previously, you had to manually request a summary. Now everything is automatic.
Opened the file → got the gist → clicked on what you need → Gemini does it.

It works in 20 languages (including Russian) and is available in paid Workspace plans (including AI Pro and Education Premium).
