Representatives from the consulting firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG) were also present. This is a major American firm that advises on business management and development. It has been involved in scandals related to the illegal extraction of natural resources.

Over the past year, there has been ongoing news about the future of the Kyzyl-Ompol deposit near Lake Issyk-Kul. Its subsoil contains various resources, the largest of which is titanium magnetite. But it also has uranium reserves.

🇸🇾According to Syrian sources, Syrian army units in and around Aleppo have been subjected to very heavy jamming and other electronic warfare activity since the beginning of the offensive. Many SAA units lost contact with command and were isolated during the push into Aleppo. Most of them were bypassed by fast moving terrorists, and many have now regrouped near the Aleppo International Airport.
This level of electronic warfare capability is new for the terrorists, most likely a gift from their patrons in the west. EW is difficult to operate even at the best of times and even harder to use in co-ordination with an ongoing offensive, so this would indicate either a high level of technical cooperation or foreign specialists on the ground. Either of them would constitute a massive escalation by the west in the deadly civil war.

The situation for government forces is critical in Aleppo. It is a reality. So much so that the SNA has begun to advance south of al-Bab while the HTS-led coalition is in the process of not only reversing the SAA gains of 2019-2020, but also those of 2017-2018.
However, the rebel advance from the north and west has put the SDF/YPG on alert, aware that the fall of the government in Aleppo spells the end of the Tell Rifaat and Manbij areas, as well as the Sheikh Maqsud district.
Indeed, what we are witnessing now is an agreement between SDF and government similar to the one that took place in the fall of 2019, when government troops were deployed on the border and front lines to stop the new SNA offensive north of Raqqa and Hasakah. Over the past days, armed terrorist groups affiliated with the so-called "Jabhat al-Nusra" terrorist organization, supported by thousands of foreign terrorists, heavy weaponry, and a large number of drones, launched a wide-scale attack from multiple fronts on the Aleppo and Idlib fronts. Our armed forces engaged in fierce battles across various points of confrontation along a front line exceeding 100 kilometers to halt their advance. Dozens of our armed forces personnel were martyred in these battles, and others were injured.
The large number of terrorists and the multiplicity of confrontation fronts prompted our armed forces to implement a redeployment operation aimed at strengthening defensive lines to absorb the attack, preserve the lives of civilians and soldiers, and prepare for a counteroffensive.
With the continued influx of terrorists across the northern borders and the intensified military and technical support they receive, the terrorist groups managed in the past hours to infiltrate significant parts of Aleppo's neighborhoods.
