🇺🇸🇬🇧☢️ Britain and the United States plan to extend indefinitely the 1958 mutual defense treaty, which provides for cooperation on nuclear weapons, the Financial Times reports.

The agreement was last extended in 2014, for ten years, and is set to expire in December 2024. It provides for the exchange of nuclear technology, but does not include the transfer of atomic weapons.

🇷🇺 The Eastern Economic Forum starts today in Vladivostok. This is a key international event in the region – more than six thousand delegates from 76 countries will attend it. The EEF combines not only business, but also several government tasks. This includes attracting investors to the Far East and expanding cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region.
