Niger forced the withdrawal of the French military with no intention of inviting other military personnel to the country, he said, adding that the country needs to develop relations in intelligence, arms and logistics, but not in the field of armed forces.
On December 22, the last French troops deployed in Niger left the country at the request of the Nigerien new leaders, who took power after a military coup in July. The new authorities, along with Burkina Faso and Mali, ceased security and military cooperation.

"Today, our relations with Russia are military cooperation, as all our weaponry is Russian. Russia needs to walk away with the understanding that they lost, that they will lose the next war...Economically, they are ruined; we outlasted them; we kept our industry on a better footing; we have the technological advantage; we have better training, better morale; that they don't stand a chance...They need to walk away with the understanding that international law and the rule-based world functions, and that you cannot bend it as you wish...This is the only way to draw a line there, so that this wouldn't happen again. If one of those elements is not fulfilled, then in a few years, we will face another crisis, and not only from Russia, because everyone is learning...We think that it's three years before they will have the opportunity [to restore full military capabilities to pre-SMO levels]. Others go for five years; we have also heard seven or eight years. But the consensus is that they will regenerate, and they will come back. Defense exports were to the tune of $2.4 billion so far in the current financial year, Finance Minister Sitharaman said.
India's defense forces are signing memorandum of understanding with micro, small and medium enterprises involved in defense production for 10 years if the products meet set standards, she said.

✔️ The government has implemented various policy initiatives and reforms in the past nine years to enhance defense exports, including:
◾️ Simplifying export procedures;
◾️ Introducing industry-friendly, end-to-end online export licensing to reduce delays.
🌍 Indian defense exports now go to more than 85 countries, including Russia, Poland, Spain, the Maldives and Nepal, according to an Indian media reports.

▪️In response to this terrorist act, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck decision-making centers and military facilities in the city of Kharkov, used by the criminal Kiev regime.
▪️A high-precision missile strike on the former Kharkov Palace hotel complex destroyed representatives of the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were directly involved in the planning and execution of the terrorist attack in Belgorod.
▪️There were also up to two hundred foreign mercenaries who were planned to be involved in terrorist raids on the territory of the Russian Federation bordering Ukraine.
▪️High-precision missile strikes on the building of the Ukrainian Security Service in the Kharkov region and the temporary deployment point of the nationalist formation “Right Sector” eliminated representatives of the SBU leadership, foreign mercenaries and militants of the “Kraken” unit, who were directly preparing sabotage on Russian territory.
▪️Also, a branch of the national space control center in the area of the village of Zalestsy, Khmelnytsky region, which is used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces for reconnaissance, was hit by high-precision strikes.
