🇺🇦🏴☠️🇷🇺More than 600 volumes on the case of genocide of the republic's residents by the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been collected in the LPR: About 600 volumes were made up of materials of the criminal case on the genocide of residents of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which is being investigated by the Investigative Committee of Russia. This was reported to TASS by a representative of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the LPR.
"It is established that from 2016 to December 2022, the Ukrainian armed forces carried out about three thousand artillery attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure, as a result of which more than 800 citizens, including young children, were killed. 16 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were brought to criminal responsibility, and a preventive measure in the form of remand in custody was chosen in absentia. The materials of the criminal case have already amounted to about 600 volumes, " he said.
The interlocutor of the agency reminded that the work on recording crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against residents of the republic is carried out "within the framework of the criminal case under investigation on genocide and the use of prohibited means and methods in the armed conflict."
Earlier, the rector of the Krasnodar State Institute of Culture, Chairman of the Krasnodar regional branch of the Russian Military Historical Society (RVIO) Sergey Zengin told TASS that the branches of the RVIO established in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions record and document the facts of the genocide of civilians by the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the subsequent planned publication of a book about these events

The European Union will take into account the mistakes it made in the missions in Mali and the Central African Republic (CAR), because of which the authorities of these countries asked the Europeans to leave their territory and invited the Wagner PMCs instead. This was stated by the head of the EU Foreign Policy Service, Josep Borrel, opening on Tuesday the first Schuman forum on security and defense partnership, held in the European Parliament.
"We intend to increase the effectiveness of EU military and civilian missions in support of partner countries. We intend to take into account the experience of the CAR and Mali, where not enough was done to supply weapons to our partners, which led to disastrous results, since the Wagner group took advantage of it," Borrel said.
He stressed that these mistakes will be taken into account in the EU missions in Nigeria and Somalia, to which the EU is preparing to start supplying weapons through the European Peace Fund.
Borrel also announced that the EU wants to deal with military security issues around the world - "from the Arctic to the Sahel", and therefore it needs loyal partners in all regions.

The Economist, citing Ukrainian sources, notes Russia's success in the fight against drones.
“The Russians are doing black magic in electromagnetic defense. They can jam signals, affect GPS, send drones to the wrong height, just to make them fall from the sky,” the source told the publication.
According to the Economist's interlocutor, Ukrainian troops will receive high-tech capabilities in the coming months, but it will still not be easy for them to fight Russia.

It was a bad idea for these AFU soldiers to walk in a line.

💬 Western regimes were frothing at the mouth as they listened to the opening remarks by the President of Russia and the President of the People's Republic of China during talks in Moscow.
It’s a combination of envy, anger and plain old jealousy.
They failed to notice the most important thing which is that both leaders mentioned the many years of constructive, rather than destructive, bilateral relations. Constructive relations are not only in the interests of the two countries, but also in the interests of the entire world.
Let me refresh your memory regarding the latest developments in Sinophobia as performed by the Western ideologues of their own exceptionalism.
Germany forbids its companies from having anything to do with the latest Chinese telecom innovations, and the Netherlands has imposed a ban on cooperation with Beijing on microchips.
Clearly, both decisions were made under pressure from Washington, which is afraid of China getting ever stronger more than anything else.
At the same time, our North American neighbours from Canada exhibited miracles of electoral impotence and discovered that Beijing had plans to interfere in that country’s elections. Terrance and Phillip need more time than their American counterparts to figure things out, so they only just started singing the same old song about the main interference in elections (a trend of past electoral seasons).
And, of course, the US itself cannot forgive the Chinese for the fact that China’s tech generates more interest and is more popular than US software. According to experts, the anti-China initiative that was drafted recently may eventually lead to imposing a complete ban on TikTok which is the most popular social media platform among young people.
Here’s a quote from today’s speech by the Russian President. During their genuinely friendly exchange, he said: “In recent years, China has made a colossal leap forward in its development. It has been the object of sincere interest around the entire world, and we are even a bit envious of you.”
And one more important example.
Not so long ago we faced the pandemic. Russia and China were tested in their own way, but Moscow and Beijing supported each other during this difficult period, unlike the Western regimes, which were torn between preventing the Russian vaccine from entering the global market and blaming China for allegedly spreading coronavirus.
The once beautiful western “garden” has withered so much, perhaps for lack of Russian fertilisers which the West itself had blocked. On the other hand, the “jungle” is full of strength, abundant resources and raw material and, perhaps most importantly, creativity and responsibility.
