The governor added that an operational headquarters had been created in the regional government to address transport and logistics issues. Alikhanov added that the new bans on the transportation of goods through the territory of Lithuania are illegal.
As Readovka reported, the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry said that the country's authorities did not impose unilateral restrictions, but only implemented EU sanctions.

They want it happen because theyโre about to lose and they need the west to step in. If it happens Iโm sure the west wonโt but the leadership in Ukraine have their backs against a wall and will do anything to get out. Time will tell.

Addendum ll: why would the Russian Black Sea fleet leave all at once and broadcast its intent? It would be much easier to strike from Belgorod, Kursk, or Belarus. Less flight time and warning for potential targets. Rule of thumb for these situations. If you and I know about it, itโs probably not whatโs going to happen. If the Ukrainians are saying it then it definitely wonโt.
