🌀The typhoon (#FrediePH by @dost_pagasa naming) made landfall as a category 1 typhoon (151 km/h when making landfall).
It was the strongest to hit 🇨🇳Shanghai in over 70 years and caused severe disruptions, including flight and train cancellations, during a national holiday.
🔴Over 414,000 people were evacuated, and major tourist spots like Shanghai Disney Resort were closed.
🔴The China Meteorological Administration issued a red warning for strong winds, heavy rain, and coastal flooding across eastern #China.
