MAGA is America’s undisputed anti-fraud movement.

In just 17 months, President Trump has saved the US taxpayer $450 billion in fraud detection (and counting):

Vance task force already at $160 billion in fraud detection.

DOGE at $215 billion in annual fraud (and waste) detection.

$6.3 billion in government contracting fraud detected.

Healthcare and social services fraud detection at $1.4 billion.

COVID/SBA loans at $135 billion in fraud detected.

Education Secretary just announced $2 billion in K-12 and higher education fraud detected.

And, the Labor Secretary has just called in Newsom’s $22 billion federal debt.

If a court were to conclude that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump based on clear, admissible, and outcome determinative evidence, American election law already provides a roadmap for meaningful remedies.

Cases such as Marks v. Stinson demonstrate that when courts find proven election fraud affecting the outcome, they have not hesitated to remove certified winners and recognize the lawful result.

Bell v. Southwell likewise shows that when constitutional violations fundamentally taint an election, courts may require a new election.

Across the country, state and federal courts have repeatedly held that elections may be overturned, recounted, or rerun when fraud or illegality renders the true outcome uncertain.

If a court were also to establish that the same unlawful conduct materially affected 2020 down ballot races (congressional, state legislative, gubernatorial), those contests would inevitably face intense legal and political scrutiny under their own governing laws.

The actual remedy would depend on the evidence and the applicable constitutional + statutory framework, but confidence in the integrity of every affected race would be called into question.

Such a development could fundamentally reshape the national political landscape. It could produce an unprecedented bipartisan demand to strengthen election safeguards, restore public confidence, and pursue structural reforms.

In that environment, proposals that today appear politically unattainable (including a constitutional amendment under Article V) could become far more plausible if broad public consensus emerged.

The Constitution already provides the mechanism: proposal by 2/3 of Congress (or a convention called by 2/3 of the states) and ratification by 3/4 of the states.

History shows us that constitutional amendments often become politically possible only after extraordinary national events. If a court were to determine that the 2020 presidential election had been unlawfully decided (it was), the momentum for reform could be unlike anything we’ve seen in modern American history.

Whether that momentum would ultimately produce an amendment remains a question for the American people, but the constitutional path exists.

When once America is presented with the full scope of organized criminal infiltration Trump and the Patriots are now proofing across theater, from our elections, to the plandemic, to our mass invasion, to nation collapsing Treasury fraud, to endless wars, assassinations, and death-cult proliferation, to child trafficking and consumption, to the satanic communist cult behind it all, a historic reckoning is sure to follow. “By its terms, the Twenty-Second Amendment bars only the election of two-term Presidents, and this prohibition would not prevent someone who had twice been elected President from succeeding to the office after having been elected or appointed Vice President. Broader language providing that no such person “shall be chosen or serve as President . . . or be eligible to hold the office” was rejected in favor of the Amendment’s ban merely on election.”

A 2020 correction aside, a 2028/2032 Vance/Rubio, VP Trump ticket would undoubtedly sweep the pop vote, electorate, and midterm 2 more times. The succeeding energy of said campaign would eclipse all before it.

Combined with a secured border and election system (coming ahead of midterms by way of either Congress or EO), redistricting, accelerating mass deportation, continued declas and anti corruption takedown, bold American Justice, Treasury sovereignty and unprecedented economic boon, the succeeding America First global alliance Trump and the patriots are producing, Trump’s historic 95% all-time endorsement win record, and MAGA’s ability to achieve a true congressional Super Majority has never looked better!

As The Democrats incessantly decry the horrors of Trump to a perpetually shrinking audience, notice the one thing you will never hear them say is that Trump is not delivering on everything he promised the American people to win his re-election.

An objectively historic re-election that:

Produced the first presidential candidate to be shot in the head and survive the assassination attempt;

Re-won the White House following a ‘loss’ for only the second time in US History; and

Won the popular vote for the Republican Party for the first time in 47 years DESPITE tens of thousands of illegal, dead, flipped, and non existent DNC votes being certified.

Logic dictates that because:

Trump explicitly championed his vision and plan for America, over and over, night after night, at every rally starting with the 2022 launch of his Save America tour;

Trump’s vision and plan united the will of the people to swamp the 2020 electorate in historic fashion; and

Trump has/is delivering on everything (and more) he promised the American people,

The greatest political movement in US History has never been stronger.

To underscore this logic, today the MAGA-led Republican Party has more cash on hand than ever recorded in its history, while the DNC is net millions in debt.

Combining the above logic with:

The Democrat Party losing net 10 seats to re-districting;

Historic levels of fraud and corruption directly enabled by Democrat politicians and policy;

Officialization of the new election security strategy Trump initiated in 2025;

Millions of potential illegal voters deported; and

Either Party’s first midterm national convention (GOP),

And the Democrat’s death spiral has a less than zero shot of taking back Congress in November or the White House in 2028.

Nothing disturbs the left more than this delightfully delicious reality.
