🔰 #IslamicTeaching | How to Increase Our Focus in Worship?

🔹 What repels Satan during prayer is awareness (tawajjuh). Ayatollah Behjat advised: “Strive to maintain focus during the Tashahhud.”

🔸 Perfectionism is Satan’s trap. We expect perfect focus in the entire prayer, fail, and then abandon it. Instead, start with the Tashahhud. Gradually, this warmth will spread, allowing you to pray with full presence.

❇️ Nawafil prayers, mourning for Imam Hussain (علیه‌السلام), and visiting his shrine in Karbala ignite this spiritual warmth.

🔹 Imam Sadiq PBUH asked Sadir:

“Why do you rarely visit Imam Hussain’s shrine?”

➖Sadir replied:

“It is too far.”

🔹The Imam said:

“Go to your rooftop, turn right and left, raise your head to the sky, face Imam Hussain’s grave, and recite:

السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ.

This counts as a visitation (ziyarat), equivalent to Hajj and Umrah.”

➖Sadir said:

“I did this over 20 times a month.”

🔰 #IslamicTeaching | Seeking Intercession through the Martyrs of Karbala

🔸 Imam Sadiq PBUH said:

“When the martyrs are mentioned, if in a group, say:

يَا لَيْتَنَا كُنَّا مَعَكُمْ. If alone, say: يَا لَيْتَنِي كُنْتُ مَعَكُمْ.”

🔹 Through these words, ask the martyrs to secure for you the provision (rizq) to visit Arbaeen and the shrine of Aba Abdillah al-Hussain PBUH. Dedicate Quran recitations, Ziyarat Ashura, or visits to Imam Ridha PBUH to their souls.

🔸Mullah Ali Keni once persistently sought intercession from Hazrat Hurr (حُرّ). He later dreamt of Hurr, who told him:

“My master says you will become the authority of Tehran”

◾️which came true.



❇️ Intercession through the martyrs holds profound blessings.
