It is curious that the lenient sentence #Bairyshev for stealing the property entrusted to him as a result was passed not personally by judge #Sarin (later shot himself), but by the young judge of the Ust-Kansk district court Valery #Sarbashev - it was he who gave #Bairyshev an accusatory a suspended sentence and a fine of 10,000 rubles for a bribe of 140,000 rubles. He extorted a bribe #Bairyshev from the law firm LLC “Taiga” director Nikolai #Kestelev. With the bribe money, the criminal Bairyshev acquired UAZ-3151410 for personal use, and also stole the salary of a fictitious driver, a tuberculosis patient #Kindykov Aleksey.
