Should I use a different charger?

I got my asus tuf a16 and have so far been using the charger that it came with which I think is usb c? and ive heard that its slower when gaming as it cant keep up with the power usage is this true? So should I get a new charger?

GPU Throttled? New A16 laptop

Hello everyone, just got a new a16 laptop (rtx 5060, ryzen 9, 32gb ram), i updated all my drivers, deleted AC and installed g helper and set it up . After testing it on one game on steam (Aion 2) i noticed that on high graphic settings i get approx 30 fps and i see the GPU wattage is maximum on 40w, is this legit? Or is something maybe throttling the gpu?

Black Screen But Turned On

I have an ASUS TUF Gaming F15 laptop that suddenly shut down while I was using it and charging it via a USB-C power bank. The charging light works with the original ASUS charger, but the laptop will not start: no fan, power light, or display. I've tried a power reset without success.

ASUS TUF A15 2023 Model (FA507NU)

My ASUS TUF A15 FA507NU (2023 Model) keeps crashing while in plugged in mode. It mostly crashes after gaming or just when I'm coding. I literally tried everything I can, I Updated/Reinstalled all my drivers (iGPU & dGPU), through DDU, I also updated my BIOS to the latest version. I also tried running a few tweaks in the settings from the tutorials and tips on YT. I even did a full reset on my laptop, but after the full reset it still crashes after/during gaming and coding while it's plugged in. Can you guys tell me a few other tips that I can still try to help me fix the crashing while plugged in, before I take it to a technician and spend money on it. Your help is much appreciated.

Unable to install windows 11 on asus tuf f15

So I have a asus tuf f15 with intel I5 and gtx 1650 model number - FX506LH which more than 4 years old . Last year I was out of town for a week and kept it in a closed cupboard . Now when I came back it was not charging so thought charger maybe the issue. Called a technician from urban company and he told that its a both motherboard and charger issue. He replaced both but my original windows 11 was also gone . He told that through updates in windows 10 , 11 can be installed. But I did not check afterwards and now when I try to install windows 11 it tells that TPM 2.0 is not enabled .

I went in bios but there also no option of PCH-FW is coming to turn this on.

Pls help in this if this can be solved by any chance.

TL;DR: I have an ASUS TUF F15 Model number - FX506LH (over 4 years old). After leaving it unused in a closed cupboard for a week, it stopped charging. A technician replaced both the motherboard and charger, but my original Windows 11 installation was also gone. I’m now unable to upgrade from Windows 10 because TPM 2.0 isn’t enabled. There’s no PCH-FW Configuration option in my BIOS, even after updating it.
Is there any way to enable TPM 2.0 and install Windows 11 on this laptop? Could the replacement motherboard be the issue?

Laptop not turning on

Basically the laptop won't turn on when I press the power button once , although I managed to turn it on by pressing it for around 50-60 seconds although I have to try three times and the first two times it just blinks white on the indicator and promptly stops after I lift my hand from the power button...I use a asus tuf A15 FA566NCR
