facility is designed across 109 floors with a total built-up area of 30 million
square meters, encompassing a wide range of services. Fifty percent of
these services will be automated and robotic, while the remaining fifty
percent will be provided by human staff to maximize positive and pleasant
interactions between employees, visitors, and customers. Its elegant and

Amir Salim Holding, with an innovative vision, aims to transform the first
floor of Salim Auto Tower into a new hub for automotive trade and
international financial services. This floor will host sales offices of
renowned global automotive brands, offices of commercial and customs
companies, local and international banks, neo-banking services, financial
and investment firms, and currency exchange centers.

Second floor of the project:
The second floor of the center is dedicated to new automotive
technologies. It features an automotive technology park, a specialized
automotive university, and a dedicated automotive research institute, all
