Prior to the easter truce, Russian forces pushed southwest from their positions south of the village of Katerynivka, capturing a treeline, the rest of a forest and a trench stronghold. They then advanced west from Katernivka, capturing a forest and further treeline positions, and got behind the village of Nove.
From there, Russian forces pushed southwest into Nove and entered its northern houses, while also pushing into the eastern houses. In addition to this, they captured two more treelines and reached the edge of the village of Ridkodub.
All of these newly captured positions are on the tactical heights.

Over the past 24 hours, a total of eight U.S. Airforce C-17A Globemaster IIIs from the Air Mobility Command (AMC) flew between Ramstein Air Base in Germany and Nevatim Air Base in southern Israel, reportedly carrying air defence systems for Israel.
Since April 10, 25 C-17s have landed at Nevatim Air Base, most of which were likely carrying air defence systems.
This comes as Reuters reports that Israel has not ruled out a limited, or even full-scale strike campaign against Iran's nuclear facilities in the coming months, despite U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly telling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the U.S. would not support or aid an Israeli attack on Iran during the current nuclear talks between the U.S. and Iran.
