A full power outage is reported at the Indonesian hospital in Northern Gaza after it was targeted by Israeli artillery shelling. The Indonesian hospital is the last functioning medical facility in the besieged northern part of Gaza.

A short while ago, 4 Tu-22M3 aircraft departed from Diaghilev air base in Ryazan Oblast and 3 Tu-22M3 aircraft departed from Engels-2 air base in Saratov Oblast. They are all flying north to Olenya air base in Murmansk Oblast for redeployment purposes. These are the same aircraft which were airborne earlier during the missile attack on Ukraine.

Strong explosions were once again reported in Ukrainian-controlled cities in Donetsk Oblast. Repeated explosions were reported in Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Kostyantynivka and Pokrovsk.

Ukraine is significantly increasing their HIMARS strikes on Donetsk City and the neighbouring city of Makiivka, as long-range artillery continues to be pushed out of range. HIMARS rockets are the only main option left for Ukraine.

An unknown number of Ukrainian Su-24s are airborne in Kherson Oblast. There is a threat of Storm Shadow cruise missile launches for Zaporizhzhia and Kherson Oblasts as well as Crimea.

Russian forces have reportedly advanced in western Donetsk Oblast, capturing the rest of a treeline, a grove and the agricultural buildings on the northwestern outskirts of Yasenove.

A Ukrainian source reported that Russian forces have entered the ruins of the first houses of Dachne, after advancing in small groups of 2-3 soldiers. Russian sources also reported that the nearby treeline was captured.

On the eastern flank of Pokrovsk, Russian forces have reportedly reached the 1-house "settlement" of Baranivka, capturing the forest south of it.

The Su-24s landed at their home air bases.

The president of the Central African Republic Faustin-Archange Touadera arrived in Moscow on an official visit to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Russian embassy in Bangui stated that they will discuss issues of cooperation between the Central African Republic and Russia “in the spheres of economics, security and humanitarian affairs".

This comes as the UN sanctions on arms imports and diamond exports were cancelled with the support of Russia. Russian source "Rybar" noted that it is possible that during this meeting, Touadera will try to secure another batch of humanitarian aid to his country, as well as request assistance in lifting the remaining restrictions that are still in place.

Russia has close ties with the Central African Republic as it battles warring rebel factions across the country. Mercenaries from Russia's Wagner group have also supported CAR government forces since 2018, with Russia also having trained thousands of local troops.

Russia has been seeking to expand their sphere of influence in different parts of Africa, building on anti-western and anti-former colonial power sentiment that has increased in many African nations in recent years, by offering security support to many leaders in embattled countries.

A missile of an unknown type just struck Sumy Oblast. An explosion was reported.
