Situation on the Omelnyk direction, Zaporizhzhia/Dnipropetrovsk Oblast:
Over the last 5 days, Ukrainian forces launched a series of counterattacks against intensified Russian assault operations, clearing large parts of previously lost territory.
In the south, Russian forces recaptured the village of Hirke and the surrounding treeline positions, and are now infiltrating further west through the nearby forested gullies. Ukrainian forces counterattacked west of Verkhnya Tersa, recapturing a number of treeline positions, while Russian forces continue attacking towards Kopani.
To the north, Ukrainian forces cleared the eastern approaches to Dolynka and the fields south of Rivne from earlier Russian infiltrations and re-established control over positions in the northern part of Verkhnya Tersa. Russian forces continue attempts at infiltrating towards Dolynka and Rivne.
Further north, the Ukrainians recaptured the fields east and northeast of Rivne, unblocking their forces entrenched in several strongpoints on the tactical heights south of Vozdyvzhivka, which were previously partially cut off by the earlier Russian infiltrations. Other assault groups cleared the forested gulley west of Vozdyvzhivka and most of the village itself from earlier Russian infiltrations, and expanded their zone of control towards the railway line.
Russian forces continue assault operations west from the railway line in multiple areas, while small groups of propaganda flag planters periodically infiltrate the Ukrainian tactical rear, reaching the villages of Lyubytske, Novosoloshyne, Lisne, and Zirnytsya.

Over the last week, both Russian and Ukrainian forces have continued their assault operations, each making new advances in various different areas.
In the southwest, Ukrainian forces continued counterattacking along both banks of the Yanchur River towards Uspenivka and recaptured positions in the northern part of Krasnohirske. Heavy fighting continues for the southern part of Rybne, where Russia is trying to prevent Ukrainian soldiers from reaching Uspenivka and Pryvilne. Russian forces improved their positions northwest of Novohryhorivka following weeks of fighting, and began advancing north towards Verbove and northeast towards Kalynivske. Some small groups of infiltrators were able to penetrate even further north and reach the fields northeast of Vyshneve.
To the east, the Russians continued counterattacking in the Novomykolaivka area and have advanced further in the fields west of the village. Small groups of infiltrators are now attempting to bypass Kalynivske from the west in coordination with attacks bypassing the village from the east. Other assault groups expanded their zone of control north of Novomykolaivka and continued attempts at re-entering Stepove.
Further east, Ukrainian forces marginally advanced in Berezove, recapturing the central street of the village. Russian forces cleared the treelines south, west, and eat of Zaporizke from earlier infiltrations, while heavy fighting continues for the village itself. Ukrainian forces continued attempts at entering Novoheorhiivka and expanding their zone of control towards Temyrivka.
