Following negotiations in Abu Dhabi, UAE, 157 Ukrainian POWs were exchanged for 157 Russian POWs over the Belarusian border today.
Among those on the Ukrainian side were soldiers of the Army, the National Guard, the State Border Guard Service. In addition, Ukraine returned three civilians who were taken from Kursk Oblast, while Russia returned an additional 7 civilians who were taken from Russian-controlled Ukraine.
The UAE acted as an intermediary during the exchange process. This was the first POW exchange between Ukraine and Russia in around 5 months.

The Ukrainian General Staff claimed that they struck Russia's "Kapustin Yar" test site with FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles and long-range UAVs during January.
According to analysis conducted by CyberBoroshno, who purchased satellite imagery of the area, none of the Flamingo missiles hit. However, traces of damage from UAV strikes could be seen on two buildings of the pre-launch preparation complex for IRBM and ICBMs on Platform No. 105.

The Ukrainian side is also experiencing problems with Starlink, while claims of big inconveniences on their side are definitely false. In most units, something around 10% of the terminals lost connection, which is definitely not enough to cause big troubles, and such problems will be fixed in the near future.

Additionally, at least 5 HIMARS rockets struck the "Frunzenskaya" 330 kV electrical substation on the northwestern outskirts of Belgorod City (50.657222, 36.414722).
This substation was unsuccessfully attacked by drones earlier today.
It seems most of the air defence activity was focused on repelling the attack on the Belgorod TPP, as seen in these two videos.

Everything in the city is destroyed by now, and Russian eyes can monitor it effectively, which is why bad weather gives relief to Ukrainians, too.
