Situation on Aleppo & Raqqa [26/1/2026]:
The STG continued to advance south of Kobani despite the ceasefire. Over the past 36 hours, militants took control of a series of YPG positions along the M-4 highway between Qalat Hadid and Hemdun. In addition, the SNA and STG launched an assault on Kharab Hisaq. Although the YPG repelled the attack from the road in the south, the militants advanced and took the Lafarge cement factory.
Meanwhile, near the Euphrates, the YPG managed to recapture Qasimiyah last night and repelled attempts by the SNA to cross from the other side of the river.
Meanwhile, on the Tell Abyad front, there have been few changes since the fighting began, with the highlight being the SNA's capture of the town of Fashun in no man's land.

Situation on Hasakah [26/1/2026]:
In Hasakah, fighting took place in the Al-Jawadiyah district after the STG launched an assault on the towns of Safa and Çil Axa. Although the YPG managed to repel the attack in the former, fighting continues on the outskirts of the latter, which is important for weakening supplies to Qamishli.
On the other hand, recent Kurdish bombings helped clarify the situation south of Tall Tamr, showing that the STG controls some towns north of Abdulaziz Mountain as far as Aliyah.

Yesterday afternoon, Ukraine once again attacked Belgorod City with HIMARS and other MLRS rockets.

9 rockets were launched in total, all of which were shot down by Russian air defence.

Last night, Russia carried out a large-scale Geran-2 and Geran-3 drone attack on Odesa Oblast.

At least 25 drones were used in total, with ~15 targeting Odesa city and ~10 targeting the town of Ovidiopol.

At least 6 impacts were recorded in Ovidiopol, likely targeting the 110 kV electrical substation there.

Several drones also impacted an unknown target in the western suburbs of Odesa, along with multiple high-rise residential buildings. Large fires subsequently broke out. At least 22 civilians were wounded.

Overnight, a single Russian Geran-2 drone flew all the way to Lviv Oblast and struck a target in the city of Brody. A large fire subsequently broke out at the impact site.

The target was likely the Brody oil depot and pumping station, which sits on the "Druzhba" Pipeline.

Last night, Russia attacked Kharkiv Oblast with Geran-2 drones and Tornado-S rockets.

At least 4 Tornado-S rockets struck the Losyeve 330 kV electrical substation (49.944043, 36.414030) and School No. 11 (49.934520, 36.416319) in the Industrialnyi District of Kharkiv City.

Geran-2 drones also impacted the following targets:

- "Zolochiv" 110 kV electrical substation in the town of Zolochiv (50.27162, 35.99656).

- Unknown targets in the town of Koviahy, and the villages of Chervone, Siryi Yar, Horozhanivka, Burbulatove, Martove, and Mykolaivka.
