In the Kupyansk direction, Russian forces continued to slowly advance north of Kupansk and have entered the village of Radkivka again.

Russian forces advanced from the forest to the northeast, entering the northern and eastern houses of the village and establishing positions there. Fighting is ongoing for the remaining houses, however Russian forces control the forest to the northwest, complicating the Ukrainian position there.

Additionally, Russian forces advanced down the road from the water treatment plant west of Holubivka, and captured new positions in the windbreaks on either side of the road, reaching the forest south of Radkivka.

In the Borova direction, Russian and Ukrainian forces have both advanced, capturing various positions east of the Nitrius River.

Ukrainian forces once again attacked into the village of Ridkodub after losing most of their positions from the previous attacks, and have captured the agricultural buildings on the northern outskirts. They also seized positions in the houses to the south. These areas are now under heavy Russian artillery shelling.

Nevertheless, Ukrainian forces were able to continue their attacks from there and began infiltrating in small groups to the east in the direction of the village of Katerynivka. A grey zone has formed as it is unclear if any positions have been captured beyond the treeline east of the agricultural complex.

Meanwhile, Russian forces began attacking west along the Kharkiv-Donetsk Regional border and seized new positions in the treeline north of Ridkodub. They also re-entered the southern part of the village of Novyi Myr, which was in the grey zone after they largely withdrew from the village for a period of time. Russian forces established control over most of the southern street of the settlement.

The 2 Iskander strikes on Kramatorsk came right after what was either a KAB glide-bomb or MLRS strike on an AFU troop and equipment concentration at the Energomashspetsstal plant. There is a large number of casualties among personnel there, mainly wounded.

It's likely that the Iskanders also impacted this factory.

Overnight, 2 Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers redeployed from Belaya Airbase in Irkutsk Oblast to Engels-2 Airbase in Saratov Oblast, likely after being equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles at Belaya.

Additionally, 1 Tu-95MS redeployed from Olenya Airbase in Murmansk Oblast to Engels-2 Airbase, where it will be equipped with missiles.

2 Tu-95s conducted training from Engels-2 Airbase and remained within Saratov Oblast, suggesting that one more bomber has been transferred to a training role at Engels-2.

As for the Tu-160s, 1 redeployed from Engels-2 to Yelizovo Airbase in Kamchatka Krai. Yelizovo Airbase has seen significantly increased Tu-160 activity since Ukraine's Operation Spiderweb on June 1.

1 other Tu-160 departed from Engels-2, likely redeploying, but suffered an emergency situation onboard. Despite initial reports, it's highly unlikely that it crashed, and instead probably landed back at Engels-2.

New satellite imagery of Belaya Airbase in Irkutsk Oblast from July 7 shows that there is still 1 Tu-95MS stationed there, after 2 Tu-95s redeployed to Engels-2 Airbase in Saratov Oblast.

There have been no new flights of IL-76MD military transport aircraft, however it's still likely that those 2 Tu-95s were equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles prior to flying to Engels-2. They were probably equipped from earlier deliveries of missiles by IL-76MDs.
