At least one Ukrainian UAV impacted the Tambov Gunpowder Plant in the city of Kotovsk, Tambov Oblast.

The Tambov Gunpowder Plant specialises in the production of Pyroxylin powders and related products for both civilian and military purposes. It's a part of the Rostec state corporation and completes contracts for the Russian Ministry of Defence, as well as other customers.

The Pyroxylin powders produced are used for many different types of weapons, including artillery systems of all calibers and armor piercing sub-caliber rounds for tank artillery. The plant also produces certain brands of powders which are exclusively produced there for Russia.

This plant was previously attacked in November 2023 and July 2024. Since the beginning of the war, and the expansion of Russia's military-industrial complex, the plant has undergone significant expansion and modernisation, with several new facilities being constructed, while others were upgraded to help serve significantly increasing demands.

As a result of the strike, one UAV impacted one of the new facilities constructed after the beginning of the war. A large fire broke out at the impact site, and secondary detonations from the gunpowder continued through the morning hours.

Consequences of Russian Geran-2 drone strikes on an agricultural complex near the city of Lebedyn, Sumy Oblast. 1-2 impacts were recorded, with a large fire engulfing much of the complex and surroundings areas.

Last night, at least 18 Russian Geran-2 drones attacked Kharkiv City. At least 15 impacts were recorded, most of which were in the industrial areas of the Slobidskyi and Osnovyansky District. Among the targets were a factory, and a number of smaller enterprises.

Debris from one of the ~3 intercepted Gerans fell on a high-rise residential building, resulting in a large fire breaking out which killed 3 people and wounded many others.
