This is cover for a rescue helicopter, which has landed at the incident site to evacuate the wounded and possibly dead.

Smoke bombs are now being fired to provide cover as the casualties are retrieved and taken to the evacuation helicopter.

2 Tu-160s and 2 Tu-95s landed at Engels-2 Airbase, as the threat of Ukrainian UAVs ends.

The governor of Belgorod Oblast stated that an explosive device detonated underneath a section of railway track in the Prokhorovsky District of Belgorod Oblast, causing a reserve diesel locomotive to derail.

There were no casualties reported. Train traffic was delayed for 2 and a half hours, before resuming, and repair works are now underway to restore the damaged section of the tracks.

A couple of minutes ago, a Russian IL-76MD military transport aircraft landed at Engels-2 Airbase in Saratov Oblast. This is the second since the last missile strike 12 hours ago. The cargo likely consists of Kh-101 cruise missiles.

Since the missile attack, all 8 Tu-95s which were airborne and 1 of the Tu-160s landed at Engels-2 Airbase. The whereabouts of the other 3 Tu-160s is currently unknown. A few hours ago, 7 Tu-95s departed from Engels-2, and are redeploying to Ukrainka Airbase in Amur Oblast. The other Tu-95 and the Tu-160 have likely been equipped or are in the process of being equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles, from the first IL-76MD which landed there 12 hours ago.

This also means that this is one of the rare instances where there are no strategic bombers stationed at Olenya Airbase in Murmansk Oblast.

Also, there was a fire at the "Crystal" Oil depot in Engels as a result of 2 Ukrainian UAV strikes, which supplies fuel to the Tu-95s, Tu-160s, Su-34s and Su-35s at Engels-2 Airbase.

Around 4 minutes ago, a third IL-76MD military transport aircraft landed at Engels-2 Airbase.

Another car has exploded, this time in the Berezivs'kyi district of Odesa Oblast. 1 person has been killed. An investigative task force from the territorial police unit, a forensic laboratory, and investigators from the regional police investigative department have been deployed to the scene.

New footage showing the moment 3 Russian Kalibr cruise missiles impacted the city of Ternopil. Additionally, 2 Geran-2 drone strikes are seen, one of which hits the same target that a Kalibr hit.
