Clarification: 2 Tu-95s are airborne from Olenya. It appears that other redeployments to Olenya took place that I and others was unaware of.

They are flying southeast over Arkhangelske Oblast towards the first set of launch lines in Penza Oblast. They likely wont launch there and will fly further southeast to the 2nd set of launch lines in Engels district of Saratov Oblast.

So far, only 1 Tu-95 departure from Engels-2 Airbase in Saratov Oblast has been confirmed. Departures of Tu-160(s) are a possibility.

As of earlier today, there were 4 Tu-95s and 2 Tu-160s known to be at Engels-2. More may have been redeployed that I am unaware of.

Meanwhile, some of the Gerans seem to be transiting through Kyiv Oblast to Zhytomyr/Starokostyantyniv. Any missiles from the bombers may target these areas (aka, Ozerne Airbase or Starokostyantyniv airbase).
