All missiles were shot down, no impacts to Starokostyantyniv Airbase... don't worry about the F-16s!
One interesting thing about this claim though is the number of Geran-2 drones launched: 355.

This beats the previous record of 298 which was set literally yesterday.

Gerans were launched from 9 directions:
Khalino Airbase, Kursk Oblast.
Navlya Test Site, Bryansk Oblast.
Tsimbulova Test Site, Oryol Oblast.
Shatalovo Airbase, Smolensk Oblast.
Millerovo Airbase, Rostov Oblast.
Primorsko-Akhtarsk Airbase, Krasnodar Krai.
Cape Chauda, Crimea.
Hvardiiske Airbase, Crimea.
Berdyansk Airbase, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Since the second cruise missile attack, all 6 Tu-95s have returned to Olenya Airbase in Murmansk Oblast. Initially, only 2 flew to Olenya while the other four returned to Engels-2 Airbase in Saratov Oblast, however they were likely equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles before making their return flight to Olenya.

The back-to-back missile strikes explain the high activity of IL-76MD military transport aircraft flights to Engels-2 and Belaya Airbases.

With these recent advances, Russia now controls 6 villages and contests one other in Sumy Oblast.

Controlled: Volodymyrivka, Veselivka, Bilovody, Zhuravka, Loknya and Basivka.
Contested: Vodolahy.

All incursion zones across the international border have been linked up and Russian forces are on the northern outskirts of the first "large" settlement in Sumy Oblast: Yunakivka.

The total area of Sumy Oblast controlled by Russia is ~113.55kmΒ².

2 more Tu-95MS strategic bombers have redeployed from Engels-2 Airbase to Olenya Airbase, likely after being equipped by Kh-101 cruise missiles. These were the ones which took part in the first attack as the ones from the second attack already flew back to Olenya.

This would bring the total number of Tu-95s equipped with Kh-101 missiles stationed at Olenya to 6.

Germany has lifted all restrictions on the types of weapons that Germany and its allies can supply to Ukraine. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz also stated that there are no limits set by the British, French or the US either.

This opens the way to the supply of Taurus cruise missiles; however, this would be a long way away as it would take 6 months to integrate them into the Su-24M, including 2 months to install the weapon and another 4 months to prepare the personnel, and another 12-18 months for this process to take place for F-16s.

In the Yunakivka direction, Russian forces made significant progress in Sumy Oblast and advanced on a wide front.

Russian forces completed the capture of the village of Bilovody, advancing from their positions in the centre of the village and capturing the southernmost houses. They also advanced from the western part to the southwestern houses, while seizing further positions in the adjacent forest plantations. To the west, they advanced down the treeline from positions in the village of Veselivka, reaching the southeastern approaches of the village of Vodolahy, and seizing positions on the tactical heights.

To the west, Russian forces advanced over the international border, capturing a 1.9km long stretch of a treeline, gaining a foothold on the tactical heights, before moving east into the forest plantations northwest of Vodolahy. From there they entered the northern houses of the village, capturing positions there and beginning the push to the southern outskirts.

Further west, Russian forces advanced from their positions in the northwestern houses of the village of Volodymyrivka, pushing southeast through the village and completing its capture. They also advanced into the adjacent forest plantations northeast and southwest of the settlement, seizing the positions there. To the northwest, Russian forces crossed the international border and captured the groves just south of it.

+ ~16.50kmΒ² in favour of Russia.
