📍Why should we pay the gas fee? Why can’t we spin for free?
As with any other blockchain, the entire process needs to be recorded to show your rewards and ensure their calculation is transparent. The blockchain takes a small percentage from each transaction, which it uses as a commission fee for its protocol.
📍Why does Matik have less than 0.01$ commission shown in its cabinet and the actual charge is $0.1? Are you profiting from us?
No, we use services for quick user onboarding such as Alchemy account abstraction & Web3Auth. Each of these services takes its additional commission fee, which we partially cover, but we can't cover absolutely all of it. Therefore, the final transaction fee is higher than stated.
📍May I keep Jam and not spin the roulette?
You can hold your Jam stock until listing and not to spin the wheel, but as a consequence, you will not be able to claim the drop.
📍I missed the deadline to convert my peaches to Jam - have I lost them?
No, your peaches are safe within our app and will be available for conversion once you complete the registration.
📍Why do you always postpone the roadmap and never mention tomatoes before?
Since tomatoes are a brand-new part of our Product we haven't had time to add them to the Roadmap yet. The cryptocurrency market is not stable, and we have to make frequent changes to follow the market trends.
📍Why I can’t open the Roulette?
