The Democrat-controlled House then PASSED the bill on July 17, 2019…

Then, SAT ON THE BILL (as they accused Trump of over-reacting with his “racist travel ban”) and finally sent this bill to the Senate in March 2020…

Surely this warrants an investigation…?
