Forgot to take a picture of the batch. Here's all of it minus 4 (2 of them were drunk, 2 of them are in the fridge due to yeast sludge)

I decided to add a spoonful of honey to the metheglin and it elevated it so much. It's even better now, dangerously so even😈

Oh honey...

Forgot to post this one when it got made.

Dewberry-Raspberry Wine
The local Lidl sold a dewberry water that I mixed with a raspberry tea to make this.
Should finish out to about 11% or so

Damn, this was such a success that I forgot to even document it.
Finished off at 3.8%
A very nice cider for those hot summer days, definitely will be making more of this.

Should finish out to 11%

Whilst we're at it, why not a fresh batch of ginger beer as well?

The most peculiar thing about tasting this is that it doesn't taste like mint whatsoever. It tastes more like peach

Started another brew with 4 pears and black tea.

Now THIS is a winecrap classic! An apple-pumpkin fall brew that was made a year and a half ago, I siphoned off the yeast that was "oxidized" into a jar. Well, fast forward to today and it might be the most complex brew I have created.
Moral of the story: Don't give up on your brews. They might flourish in ways that you wouldn't even expect! (This one was excellent anyway but oh my god did time elevate it)
🔥3
Oh yeah and I guess I siphoned off a new brew as well.
