• Merge kernel 4.4.249
• AGNi installer: set PIE wifi driver as default in automatic mode.
• AGNi installer: add game graphics unlock option by user demand (will not work in most roms).
• cpu-boost: disable all input boosting completely.
• schedutil: remove gpu load triggered ioboost.
• modify AGNi cpu thermal throttling.
• revert cpuidle & some scheduler stuff.

Notes:
• Starting from v11.6 stable, only Magisk 21.1+ beta and above supported on Android 11.
• You should use Magisk 20.4 stable for Android 10 and below.
• If you plan to use Magisk 21.1+ beta for Andoid 10 and below, reflash magisk after flashing kernel else you will lose magisk functioning.
• I will add Magisk 21.1+ support for Android 10 and below when it becomes stable.
