امروز یه آگهی شغلی جذاب برای کار در وین اتریش دیدم که البته شاید با همه اون چیزی که توش گفته و ادعا شده موافق نبودم ولی منو خیلی تحت تاثیر قرار داد. مثلا توی این آگهی گفته شده که میتینگ ها برای برنامه نویس ها بلااستفاده هستند و اینکه اگر یه کمپانی هیچ دپارتمانی به جز دپارتمان توسعه دهنده ها نداشته باشه و همه توی اون کمپانی از مدیر عامل گرفته تا بقیه توسعه دهنده و برنامه نویس باشن ، خیلی موفق تر خواهد بود.
