Why is Human Rights Day commemorated on 21 March AND 10 December in South Africa?

On 21 March 1960, 69 peaceful protestors were killed in Sharpeville as they bravely stood up against the discriminatory pass system. Under apartheid, rights were being denied to all South Africans that were not considered white. In Afrikaans, apartheid means 'apartness'.

Under this system, 15% of people in South Africa wielded all the power and wealth, while 80% of the population, Black South Africans, were pushed to the very bottom where apartheid laws restricted nearly every aspect of their lives.

One of the most restrictive laws was the pass law that required Black South Africans to carry a pass at all times. This pass was used to control movement and put restrictions on where people could work and where they could live.

Today, let's remember the victims of Sharpeville and stand together to stop Covid apartheid and end discrimination against the unvaccinated!

Hacked: WCH Meeting on 5G Disrupted!

Monday’s General Assembly took an unexpected turn when hackers disrupted our Zoom event, ultimately taking control of Dr Pri Bandara’s screen. During the brief ordeal, all of Dr Bandara’s slides were permanently deleted. The hackers further disrupted by playing loud music and showing explicit images and videos.

WCH staff responded quickly, ending the meeting and beginning a new one to continue the program.

Dr Bandara later said, "It just shows how important this topic is. The impact of wireless radiation on health and wellbeing of people and all forms of life on earth. It's a huge problem."

This disruption will not stop WCH or our guests and partners from exploring the global health impacts of 5G and wireless technology. Look for a rescheduled event with Dr Bandara soon.

🌊 March 22 is World Water Day

An incomprehensible number of people around the world lack access to clean water.

The many ways in which our waters are compromised extend far past visibly dirty water and dry creek beds.

The tools that many of us use daily for drinking and preparing food leach harmful chemicals into our food and water. Industry has compromised groundwater around the world, filling it with forever chemicals and microplastics. Sadly, fresh rain and snow falling from the sky have been found to contain contaminants and microplastics.

It is imperative that we focus on both our personal access to clean water by considering the source and filtration options, but also on preserving water around the world for future generations of humans and all life on Earth.

Dr Tess Lawrie: A Labour of Love, Part 2

"Out of the distress and, at times, exhaustion, that so many of us felt, came the power to push forward. Forward is the only way. Not long after I made that impassioned speech, my hope and vision, shared by so many others, began to take form. In September 2021, a group of us founded the World Council for Health. A new organisation for a new world," Dr Tess Lawrie writes on Substack.

This article continues the chapter Tess wrote for Dr Robert Malone’s upcoming book β€œLies My Gov't Told Me: And the Better Future Coming”. If you haven’t already read it, it’s best to start with Part 1.

πŸ’§ What is Proper Hydration and How Do We Achieve It?

Many of us have heard the phrase, the human body is made of water. While it is indeed true that the human body contains a lot of water, the presence of all that water doesn’t necessarily mean we’re properly hydrated. In fact, many of us are chronically dehydrated and probably don’t even know it.

So how do we properly hydrate? Unfortunately, a little extra water from time to time isn’t going to cut it. Thankfully, there are some easy ways to get yourself properly hydrated.

Check out our latest resource to discover some useful strategies and to learn more about living water. 🌊
