I often get asked why I do photoshoots and what’s the point. I do them for me and me only! It’s a way of documenting your journey at whatever point your at, boosts your confidence and give you a day that is just about you.
It can really help motivate you in having a goal to work towards, gives you focus and I also love doing a shoot post show to keep me on track and not fall off the wagon🫠We all know how hard it is post show to try not to completely binge everyday and eat everything in sight!!
Do you need to get super lean to do a photoshoot? Absolutely not, a photoshoot is about celebrating you not your body fat percentage.
Already planning my next goal👀

Male Fitness Models wear athletic shorts and suits and Muscle Models.
Participants come from all over the world to compete for the prestigious titles and prizes offered and the opportunity to shoot with some of the most published fitness photographers in the country.
Spectators cheer for their favorite fitness models while getting inspired by seeing the results of their hard work through proper exercise and nutrition including the popular Transformation Division.
