I don’t know exactly why but Sunday tends to be the day when I’m most introspective and sometimes even depressed. Week after week. Year after year. Sundays are tough. I tend to think it’s because I know that it’s time to start a new week and do it all over again. One more lap to…where?

So each Sunday I have a little talk with myself. I remind myself that new beginnings are good things. It’s another chance to get it right. Another opportunity to do it better.

Don’t let the mundane aspects and activities bring you down. Embrace each new week with expectation and anticipation. This may just be your week of a lifetime. What opportunities are waiting on you?
