In the current situation on Ukrainian economics the situation as we know is desperate. However Ukraine managed to secure a €90B deal with the EU and all members are playing their part to pay their part of the loaned aid.

The French government has denied such requests to loan money to Ukraine which has effectively put the deal on hold and delayed which heavily disadvantages Ukraine because of the dire economic situation. This is due to the French not being please with the EU financing the package alone and are also asking Ex-EU United Kingdom to play a role in the interest of it

Due to France being a major player in the role of the EU, other EU nations have follow in denial including Hungary, Czechia and Slovakia rejecting the deal until a compromise is reached. The deal will likely not be 100% secure until the French can reach a compromise with Ukraine.

The latest information I can provide is that 2x RU Gerans are flying near Kiev and recon is being carried out. 10x in Chernihiv, 4x in Dnipropetrovsk and explosions were just reported in Sumy.

It is strange the Russian Western MD established a network in Rostov, Temyruk & Stavropol as these are Southern MDs jurisdiction.
