NOTICE (UPDATE 1.0.2)
Old devices (DirectX Feature Level 9.3)
-Initial partial support for old ARM devices
-Only software render
-Expected to be slow on lowend devices (very slow)
will give another try later to make the hardware render possible for (Feature level 9.3),
but pushing this update for some users who want to test.
For other devices (950, 950xl..etc) you can update but not important.

Performance
After few tests it worked good on
Adreno 330 but slow on Adreno 305GPUs
Adreno 400+ (L.950s) are perfect and they will work with full speed.if you got
