Adding oracles for cross-token balance matching. Users will be able to gamble cross-chain/cross-token balances.

Ethereum tokens <> Solana tokens

Example: $10 USDC on Ethereum matched against $10 of a memecoin on Solana, withdrawal processed in the native token of the winner (eth or Solana) -> this will inherently carry a relatively larger fee as the bot will process the swap to native token and bridge over. Instead of a 2x (100%) for your win, it’ll be somewhere around the +95% ballpark range.

E.g. winner of the PvP gamble bet $10 USDC on Ethereum against $10 of a memecoin on Solana. Winner is ETH-based, so Gambull would sell the memecoin and bridge to ETH (token) on Ethereum and the user withdraws that.

All on-chain, provably fair and really quick.

Small bug fixed with Solana-based token betting & withdrawing.

Using an ATA (Associated Token Account) as a master wallet of sorts to fund gas as each escrow betting wallet is case-individual and sometimes run into gas errors while transferring winnings.

Everything works now.

Fixed a rent issue with the bot that was causing withdrawals to get stuck.

I want to reiterate to everybody though that Gambull is not simply a PvP betting bot.

I created that bot as a proof-of-work for the intertwinement of provably fair logic and on-chain verifiability. The tech is already quite amazing, being able to PvP bet ~any~ token on Ethereum and Solana both, with much more chain integrations in the future. However, that's not my goal with the Gambull ecosystem. I am looking to build a truly innovative and unique ecosystem that's FUN again; I am truly aiming to gamify social activity and I want Gambull to be a supplemental ecosystem for everybody during their normal days. Something that can be added to everybody's day-to-day routine rather than a niche product that quickly dissipates as the meta changes.

I want something permanent, something that disregards metas and stays around simply because it's not involved in the meta period. I am trying to instill Gambull as something of a polar opposite to everything else. I'm not looking to build a product in a niche, I'm looking to build an ecosystem for everybody to use. Gambull is intended to be a modular, multi-product ecosystem working in tandem with each other.

Too much vaporware is floating around or these vapid promises by quick-niche projects. Nothing ever really comes to fruitition these days that's truly substantial. Developers aren't building ecosystems anymore, they're building singular products that rarely ever come to fruition. These products are often for a specific group of people and even then, the products really don't survive past the meta/narrative shift.

I want Gambull to be as much of a utility deviation-from-norms as it is a development & cultural shift back to how things used to be when developers built cool, fun and actually useful stuff rather than trying to pump a website out for a quick narrative and nothing but the promise of developing a product.

This weekend has been spent re-conceptualizing the focal point of the Gambull ecosystem with some very intelligent and influential people. We finally have everything properly fleshed out and everything is going to be moving very quickly from here on out this week. There's a LOT coming out tomorrow/Tuesday and we're all very excited, especially me. I've had a lot of people take an immense interest in Gambull and it makes me wildly happy to see it. We're about to be unveiling something massive for Solana within the next 48h and Gambull is getting a very large update in a variety of ways.

I'm going to keep the current Gambull ecosystem and planned products, but it'll instead be a supplemental ecosystem that flows into the larger and updated focal point that will be unveiled soon.

The Gambull concept has grown tenfold this weekend to something I couldn't have anticipated the past few months while building it and I couldn't be more excited for the next few months. At long last I can finally release the deep-work pivot that has been taking place for Gambull the past several days. Let's get into it.

I've been building Gambull for several months now (as you can see in this development diary/log), long before the launch. I had a set idea for the ecosystem I wanted to build, but I did not see a much bigger picture of what it /could/ be. Although the tech I was building was innovative and cool in itself (price-oracle matching system, multi-chain any-token wagering system, etc), I didn't realize the bigger picture it could be a part of.

We've been fine-tuning, fleshing out and building the new concept to accompany those old ideals while bringing something massive to the space, and I'm very excited to unveil the new direction and focal point of Gambull.

The website has now also been revamped with new information to completely encompass this new direction along with all socials and relevant Gambull-related accounts.

I’m going to divide the platform into core systems so I can build modular proof-of-works as I go for a bit of systemic release schedule leading up to the major platform release rather than just providing text-based updates.

Like instead of saying “just completed the vault-specific gamification à la Gambull custom-built prediction markets” I can emulate the work into a Telegram bot where you can, for example, bet whether SOL price is up/down in epochs just so you all can see each component in action and experience them individually prior to putting them together at the end when the platform releases.

This will give me the ability to have constant updates for the *primary* platform every few days that aren’t just text-based— something concrete for you guys to mess around with.

I’ll explain everything a lot more tomorrow about the different core components I’ll have and their proof-of-work modular entity.

For example, for the platform’s wagering and payment system when it comes to participating in vaults or the actual payments in the vault-specific prediction markets, the entity that reflects this core component would be the current bot I released at launch (the PvP token-battling bot at @gambullbot)— this bot reflects one of the core components, a modular puzzle piece for the larger picture which is the actual platform itself.
