Встретился сегодня с Генсекретарем ОПЕК Х. Аль Гайсом, который любезно приехал в российское постпредство для разговора во вопросам взаимодействия России с Организацией стран-экспортеров нефти, в том числе в формате ОПЕК+. Приятно общаться с собеседником, с которым понимаешь друг друга с полуслова.
