❗️Taking into account all the circumstances, including those mentioned above, Russia came to the conclusion that the US has seriously violated the START Treaty and that this violation is of fundamental importance for the realisation of the Treaty’s objective and goals

❗️Учитывая все обстоятельства, в том числе указанные выше, Россия пришла к выводу, что США серьезно нарушили ДСНВ и что это нарушение имеет принципиальное значение для реализации целей и задач Договора

🇷🇺 In order to maintain the necessary level of predictability and stability, Russia, who suspends the New START, will continue strictly comply with the quantitative restrictions stipulated in the Treaty within its life cycle

🇷🇺 В целях поддержания необходимого уровня предсказуемости и стабильности, Россия, приостанавливающая действие ДСНВ, продолжит строго соблюдать количественные ограничения, предусмотренные в Договоре, в течение его действия

🇷🇺 Russia will continue to exchange notifications of ICBM and SLBM launches with the US in accordance with the relevant Soviet-US agreement signed in 1988
