Maslenitsa week is coming to an end and you still haven't made your own blinis? Then you have all the conditions — a weekend off and a recipe from the Tutors team!
📍 Russian blinis is a traditional dish which is associated with Maslenitsa
Recipe in Russian:
Для приготовления рекомендуется использовать специальную блинную сковороду и лопатку для переворачивания.
Ингредиенты:
▪️250мл молока
▪️250мл воды
▪️140г муки
▪️2-3 яйца
▪️30г сахара
▪️1/3 ч. л. соли
▪️1/3 ч. л. соды
▪️1 ст. л. подсолнечного масла
Смешайте молоко и воду, поставьте на плиту и нагрейте до появления пара. Снимите с огня, добавьте в смесь сахар, яйца и соль. Тщательно перемешайте венчиком. Добавьте муку и соду, хорошо перемешайте. В конце добавьте подсолнечное масло. Тесто готово. Дайте ему постоять 15-20 минут, чтобы сода вступила в реакцию.
Можно начинать жарить блины. Вылейте один половник теста на раскалённую сковороду. Подождите, когда тесто схватится, это займёт около минуты, затем блин можно переворачивать. Выкладывайте готовый блин на тарелку, по желанию можно немного смазать его сливочным маслом. Важно сохранять сковороду достаточно горячей. Русские говорят: "Первый блин комом", когда кто-то терпит неудачу в новом для себя деле, и это близко к истине. Первый блин зачастую не успевает схватиться и рвётся при попытке его перевернуть.
Обычно блины едят со сметаной, вареньем или сгущенным молоком. В блин также можно завернуть мясной фарш, творог или даже икру!

We will tell you about this magnificent architectural masterpiece, which forms an ensemble on St. Isaac's Square. We will take a stroll through the nearby area and conclude our fascinating tour in front of the residence of Maria Nikolaevna.
