Good part of the day, dear members of the TSUL ICCMCC🙂🙂🙂

It is time to upload relevant information and books relating to the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL LAW.

However, before that let us announce the points of our submitted memorials😎😎😎. Yesterday we were granted our checked memorials (actually there are three memorials on behalf of the State Counsel, Prosecution and Defense Counsels).

The results are extremely fascinating. No penalties were given for the memorials of the State Counsel and Prosecution. And 5 points penalty for the minor (tiny) mistakes for the memorial of the Defense Counsel.

We are deliriously happy to announce the results🥳🥳🥳

Right now we are preparing for the ORAL ROUNDS which are planned to be conducted during June💪💪💪

Assalomu alaykum, honourable members💪💪💪

As we have promised, we will start posting important information about the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT⚖️⚖️⚖️

First of all, we need to know some basic information about the ICC. And then we can go deeply into the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL LAW.

About the International Criminal Court

The International Criminal Court (ICC) investigates, tries individuals (‼️) charged with the gravest crimes of concern to the international community in accordance with Article 5 of the Court's statute, Rome Statute. These crimes are the followings:

1️⃣. Genocide;
2️⃣. War crimes;
3️⃣. Crimes against humanity;
4️⃣. The crime of aggression.

It means that the ICC can only investigate the above-mentioned crimes.

🏘 🏘🏘 The ICC is situated in the Hague, Netherlands.
It was founded on July 1, 2002. There are 123 ICC member states according to the statistics in December, 2020.

United States: former president faces investigations and lawsuits.

Former US President Donald J Trump faces a number of investigations, both criminal and civil, following his departure from the White House.
In New York, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office is conducting a broad investigation into whether Trump’s real estate company the Trump Organization committed tax and insurance fraud, and in February the US Supreme Court ruled that Trump must hand over his tax returns and other financial records to the prosecutors.
Trump has dismissed the Manhattan District Attorney office’s investigation, calling it a ‘political witch hunt’.
Meanwhile, a full criminal investigation into the 6 January insurrection – in which Trump supporters stormed the Capitol building in Washington, DC – is ongoing. Republican Representative Liz Cheney has suggested that this ‘massive criminal investigation’ will look at ‘everyone who was involved’, and that ‘people will want to know what the president was doing’.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has proposed a 9/11-style commission into the attack. In an effort to establish bipartisan support, in mid-April she reportedly put forward an alternative plan to create an independent panel – comprised of equal numbers of Democrats and Republicans – to examine the Capitol assault.

Barakatullah Azimi Khidayatullah;

Assalamu Aleykum Va Rahmatullah! May peace and blessings be upon you!

Yesterday I appeared on behalf of the Defense Council for the Defendant Dragone Goodrider (fictional) v. the case of Prosecutor before the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court MCC. I have within a restricted period negotiated with a set of objective legal grounds of appeal against the case, that the accused did not commit the alleged crime against humanity, in particular, other inhumane acts pursuant to Art-7(1)(k) of the Rome Statute. Conversely, during the proceedings, the Council for the Office of Prosecutor tried to blamestorm the accused with a set of crimes in compliance with the jurisprudence of the Court wich all were lacking in sufficient acuisitorial evidence (before the ICC) to make cognizable reasons to believe. However, by rejoicing my authority over this case, I invited the Court on three interlocutory grounds of Appeal:

Barakatullah Azimi Khidayatullah; Assalamu Aleykum Va Rahmatullah! May peace and blessings be upon you! Yesterday I appeared on behalf of the Defense Council for the Defendant Dragone Goodrider (fictional) v. the case of Prosecutor before the Appeals Chamber…
Firstly. Fair-trail standards were breached:
i) The interests of justice.

ii) The principle of proportionality.

iii) The right of the accused to conduct his defense in person in accordance with the rulings of the Court.

Secondly. Failure of the PTC (Pre-Trial Chamber) in bearing an unacceptable criminal charge upon the Defendant.
Consequently, that decision breached the principle of Legality or in Latin (Nullum Crimen Sine Lege), Rome Statute Art-22. Because, the requisite requirements of mens rea (criminal responsibility) have not been meet. Since the four core elements which are encapsulated from the case law of the previous tribunals are absent, inter alia:
i) Systematic attack. Including sources, methods, and policy;

ii) Widespread attack. Including a group of targeted people or civilians;

iii) Use of force (an inhumane act).

Thirdly. The ICC's jurisdiction is limited to the extent of its application over the non-state parties.
Pursuant to Art-12 of the Statute, and the Effects doctrine (a type of jurisdiction). Which was seen in the case of ICC v. Myanmar.

Eventually, I eloquently asked the Appeals Chamber to dismiss the Case of Prosecutor, after providing analysis of a research that took almost 11 months of hard work. The Court shall deliberate the final decision, and shall announce it by the end of this month.
