Har yili Niderlandiyaning Gaaga shahrida o‘tkaziladigan Xalqaro jinoyat sudi simulyatsiyasi — “ICC Moot Court Competition” xalqaro musobaqasiga bo‘lajak huquqshunoslarni tayyorlash, talabalarni xalqaro jinoyat huquqi nazariyasi va amaliyoti bilan tanishtirish maqsadida tashkil etilayotgan yozgi maktab doirasida ishtirokchilar bevosita “ICC Moot Court Competition” xalqaro musobaqasining Niderlandiyadagi tashkilotchilarining ma’ruzalari, turli xalqaro ekspert va professorlarning mahorat darslarida ishtirok etishi mumkin.

Yozgi maktab yakunida talabalar keys asosida Xalqaro jinoyat sudi simulyatsiyasini o‘tkazadi va musobaqaning asosiy jamoasiga a’zolar saralab olinadi.

Yozgi maktabda ishtirok etishni istganalar ingliz tilida suhbatlasha olishi, professional yozish ko‘nikmalarga ega bo‘lishi kerak.

По инициативе кафедры международного права и прав человека Ташкентского государственного юридического университета проводятся занятия летней школы по международному уголовному праву, которые будут проходить онлайн на английском языке.

Ежегодно в Гааге (Нидерланды) проводится международный конкурс-симуляция Международного уголовного суда — «ICC Moot Court Competition». В рамках летней школы, организованной с целью подготовки будущих юристов к участию в этом конкурсе, а также ознакомления студентов с теорией и практикой международного уголовного права, участники смогут принимать участие в лекциях организаторов конкурса из Нидерландов, а также в мастер-классах различных международных экспертов и профессоров.

В конце летней школы студенты проведут симуляцию Международного уголовного суда на основе кейсов, и из них будет отобрана основная команда для участия в конкурсе.

Для участия в летней школе необходимо владеть разговорным английским языком и обладать навыками профессионального письма.

4️⃣4️⃣4️⃣4️⃣4️⃣ • TSUL will host an online summer school: International Criminal Court and ICC Moot Court Competition — 2025

On the initiative of the Department of International Law and Human Rights at Tashkent State University of Law, an online summer school on international criminal law will be held in English.

Each year, The Hague (Netherlands) hosts the “ICC Moot Court Competition”, a prestigious international simulation of the International Criminal Court. The summer school is designed to prepare future lawyers for this competition and to introduce students to the theory and practice of international criminal law. Participants will have the opportunity to attend lectures by the competition’s organizers from the Netherlands, as well as master classes led by various international experts and professors.

At the end of the summer school, students will take part in a simulated ICC case, and the main team for the competition will be selected from among them.

To participate, students must have conversational English skills and strong professional writing abilities.

Mr. Biazatti specializes in international criminal law, human rights, and Latin American perspectives in international law, with research focused on crimes against humanity and Latin America’s role in international codification.
