The City of Phoenix is full steam ahead to assure first aid is intentionally conflated with "medical care" that a licensed healthcare provider would only perform in a clinical environment. This is outrageous.
Please, everyone, fill-out their survey and remind them that first aid is an OSHA requirement; Nationally and Internationally recognized distinctly from "Clinical or Medical Care" - Restricting or denying the ability to treat open wounds on homeless and indigent will directly imperil public health and assure preventable disease transmission.

WATCH: California Governor candidate Chad Bianco explains nonprofits are being by developers to get rid of buildings they can’t sell
Just one example
- Developers have properties nobody will buy for $3 million
- A nonprofit is given $10 million to spend on homelessness
- The nonprofit is friends with the developer and buys the property for $6 million
So the homeless nonprofit has $4 million on taxpayer money they got for free and no owns a building they can sell for millions
That developer friend made $6 million on a property that was essentially worthless because no one would buy it
Both are rich and taxpayers paid for it al. It’s one big taxpayer money laundering scheme
Chad Bianco says this is what’s happening on repeat in California
He says they go even further and give their family members $500,000 per year jobs at the nonprofits

In case anyone was wondering what a total war on homeless people looks like... I'm ashamed to say I am the catalyst for this soulless and vengeful anti-homeless vendetta the City of Phoenix is imposing on our weakest and most defenseless citizens. At least the other organizations are finally stepping up. I was cast to the wind for two years - in which time I managed to get THREE first aid bills into the Arizona House and Senate - all sponsored by Republicans; shot down by Republicans and Democrats.
The troopercare Network charity has NOT been idle. We have been attacked, we have been threatened, we have lost every battle we have been in for the homeless... But we have NOT been idle or given up.
Now that the city is attacking the other charity organizations they are finally standing up and fighting back. I wish they were there two years ago. I wish they were there to testify at all the subcommittee meetings at the State Legislature - or had their supporters call their elected officials.
Tomorrow the City of Phoenix will drive a final nail through the heart of the homeless. They are voting to criminalize literally all "un-permitted" homeless activities in their parks -- WHICH INCLUDES THE ENTIRE FUCKING CITY -- as I have shared ON VIDEO their PPD threats to charge anyone with a FELONY "ANYWHERE IN THE STATE" for "Providing Medical Treatment (First Aid)" either IN or Outside the boundaries of any park.
So we are here now. Tomorrow is the showdown. The City is not going to back down or blink. They are STILL using images from my website to slander and libel our charity for needles that we have never issued or exchanged and for trash that we have never littered or left in parks. It is a hit job and not a single lawyer will help us.
This has been the most frustrating, eye-opening reality check of my life. "The Government" will take care of you... Yeah... You Bet! Let their record speak for itself.
We are going to continue providing homeless and indigent first aid kits and other specialized kits for the weather and general safety. I am mostly self-funding our efforts and overhead at this point. That is going to change soon because we are financially exhausted.
The new plan will be to do kit build campaigns that are all volunteer led: We'll do fundraising for 100-150 kits at a time and push them out to the field (our homeless brothers and sisters) once a month.
Those will be standard kits. They will contain very tailored first aid supplies that are proven to work best for the most common injuries.
We are probably not going to be able to provide direct person care anymore. The city is literally targeting volunteers for felony arrest: "Impersonating a doctor/Providing medical care without a license"; Criminalizing first aid as "generating uncontrolled medical waste". They have twisted the meaning and intent of every woed and every definition and every law. This is in addition to making it literally illegal for any homeless person to stand, sit, sleep, or remain in any part of the city that is within 500 feet of any park, school, library, or city property. Have ChatGPT/Grok draw that map... Including city streets, private and commercial property, that is the entire city... literally the entire city!
This is what we have become.
Your jobs are being replaced by robots and AI. Neither of those things pay taxes when they take your jobs away. That means you will be at risk of homelessness and the few remaining people with jobs will be expected to cover all those lost tax revenues. And there will be nobody there to help you because the Cities squander, waste, and exfiltrate all the money, do noting in return, and threaten anyone who would help with legal and financial ruin if they do help.
This is your City. This is your Government. This is your America.

Prosecutors won't charge Phoenix police officer who fatally shot the wrong man
The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office will not prosecute a Phoenix police officer who shot and killed a man as he was defending his home and family in January.

meanwhile MILLIONS are taken and wasted or given to waste on foreign-ran shell charities, failed government programs and politically connected kick-back charities. Those who stand up to this do NOT get pro-bono civil rights or liberal left attorneys standing up against the tyranny - no - they are part of the system that creates the tyranny.

The City of Phoenix refused to provide any law enforcement of already illegal activities in the parks, like open air drug dealing and drug use. They decided to pass a city ordinance that criminalize food and first aid providers who deal with the aftermath of their negligence instead.

@GlendaleAZPD @GlendaleAZ Be advised, a FOIA will be sent for what appears to be an unlawful detainment and search of an individual, based on their status as a homeless/indigent person on Friday evening. Officers stopped a man for no headlamp on an ebike/bicycle - Held him in the unit's cage for about an hour while they searched his belongings. They were clearly fishing. This is unacceptable. The victim's valid Arizona ID indicates his address as a homeless shelter; No warrants or other open cases/probation/concerns were shared other than a felony from Thirteen years ago. Being an indigent US Citizen is not justification for search and detainment. This man is a day laborer and keeps his nose clean. He is known to me, and he is afraid to file a complaint for fear of retaliation. Kindly update your patrol manual/training @CivilRights @AZAGMayes @MCSOAZ @ACLUaz @MayorWeiers
