Spirt house I had made a few years ago out of clay. It’s a bit dusty but I’m giving to my pops to keep on the home altar he’s developing by his hearthside. What I did was build a frame out of wire and then some aluminum foil around that for the form and shape and then shaped the clay around it. You want to smooth it as much as possible, bake it, and you can use sandpaper to smooth it over when it’s hardened. Then you can do a once over for any spots you want filled in and do it again. Finally, you add your decorations also made with clay. I used Sculpey brand. They make a glue that helps you add wet clay over top the hardened clay and the glue hardens with the additions in the oven also. I might make more in future to sell online. Perhaps one or two in time for Yuletide! We’ll see! But it’s a fun pagan folk project to do with your youngins if you have any.
August is the month that people go on holiday and break their usual routine. Thats a good thing, its like resetting. The Tribe of the Fox (Dirkje and me) contemplated the progress the Tribe of the Fox made since we launched our YT channel in early may. We launched 29 video's and 180 people subscribed to our YT channel. Thats awesome! We are very happy that so many people subscribed and left comments, gave likes and shared. Thank you very much, folks🙂! In september normal life will resume and the Tribe of the Fox has a lot of new video's ready coming your way. Many of these videos will be about our personal experiences with journeying to other realms and the beings we encounter there. For now here is an older video that many of you might not have seen yet. Dirkje shows us the ancient burial mounds in the Dutch province Gelderland. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLDr3K-Z_2Y&t=8s

Visiting burial mounds
What are those mysterious little hills everywhere in the forest?
We are searching for our roots, our spiritual heritage, our deities and our ancesters. And what do these barrows have to do with that?

The Tribe of the Fox considers our deities to be both archetypes and realities. The Goddess Freya is a perfect archetype for Germanic women. She is skilled in magic, aristocratic, sexy in a classy way, wise, powerful, independent and more. It would be great if parents teach their daughters about Freya. She is a far better rolemodel than the women that girls see in mainstream media.
Yesterday the Tribe of the Fox posted a nice picture of Freya and spoke about what a good rolemodel she is for young Germanic women. That made me think about a video that Dirkje (also a good rolemodel😎) made a while ago, a video for her young pagan sisters and witches. Enjoy and share this important video if you like. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ic94G6l8AiU

A message for young witches and pagan women
These days are a little bit exciting, there is a lot of fear and a lot is going on.
Ofcouse you decide how you want to live your life, regardless of everything you hear in the media.
But being a witch and a pagan woman, it is good to consider things and use…

A goddess i highly appreciate is Hel (also known as Hela) . She is the goddess who rules the Realm of the Death (also called Hel but also Helheim). Ever since the first time i visted Her Realm i felt totally at home with Her. I made a promise to visit Helheim 5 times a week during a period of 8 months and never regretted that decision. During that period Hela showed me the Underworld which gave me first hand knowledge about the afterlife. When i was in pain because of my autoimmune illness she helped me to relief some of the pain with her hands and gave me advice. Both Hel and my teacher Linda Wormhoudt gave me initiatory experiences and i am grateful for that. Now i am better at helping friends in matters of life and death. Hela is a kind goddess and we are all welcome in Her Realm.......and there is no escape from that😉
