A born again Christian is a new creature, and positionally all things are become new before God. For many new believers, no outward change may be present because our sinful flesh remains with us until it is dissolved.

Even so, the righteousness of Christ has been imputed to us, covering us like clothing, and we should walk in newness of life.

The 66 books of the Bible we have today are the complete revelation of God to man.

There are no “missing” or “removed” books in spite of what some goofy teenager might have claimed in a TikTok clip you watched.

The 14 books of the Apocrypha were always rejected. They were never once quoted by Jesus or New Testament writers, rejected by Josephus in 90 a.d., Pagan Catholic Pope Leo forced the Apocrypha into the Latin Vulgate after Jerome’s death because Jerome rejected it, and on and on. Even the pagan Church of Rome didn’t officially recognize it until 1546.

The New Testament was written by eyewitnesses of Jesus or close associates of the Apostles (such as Luke & Mark). The gnostic “Nag Hammadi” texts found in Egypt in 1945 were written between 150 and 600 a.d., and are obviously fraudulent books designed to deceive people and undermine Christianity. These have been universally rejected throughout all of Christian history.

It’s interesting that the book of James is generally thought of as the book that most encourages good works in the bible but the phrase “good works” doesn’t even appear in James. It actually appears in Titus and 1 Timothy four times each which is more than any other book in the bible.

• Our works should be consistent, they should be “patterned” after Christ.
• Our speech should be sound and consistent with Scripture.

Salvation is by faith alone. Period. Just because we don’t save ourselves like literally every false religion teaches, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t work AS SAVED FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST!

Pride is a huge factor in rejecting the gospel truth. People want to earn it, they want credit for what Jesus did. But Jesus paid it ALL!

“Two or three gathered” is not church. 🫵🏻

People often quote this out-of-context partial verse in the Bible as an excuse to avoid going to church by thinking that ‘hanging out with their believing spouse or friend’ checks the box for church.

In fact, this passage is about dealing with disputes in the church which is a called out assembly of believers. This passage shows the close fellowship and community that should exist in each church as part of the structured institution that Christ founded and purchased with His own blood.

A Christian church is led by a Pastor and has these qualities. ✍🏻
