I think regular live ‘Q and A’ sessions are the middle ground.

After nearly the 700th person on Telegram asking if it were really me messaging them, I nixed the group chat. It’s what attracts the Indian tech scammer farms like crazy. Instead, I’ll be doing a lot more live calls, so you’ll know that it’s not Apu from the Simpsons on the other end of the call. It’s necessary. Telegram is pretty great, but the spam is getting horrendous.
