CNN has their policy. And I understand you choose to work for a propaganda network that is losing viewership by the minute.

One of us is interested in full transparency. That would be me. The other (CNN and its agents) are interested in creating hit pieces. Fair enough.

Regardless, I will be pleased to answer everyone of your questions in a fully transparent way that allows for full context, facts speaking for themselves, and without editorialization.

I am prepared to walk you through the relevant law, video clips, polling, and the methods used for our findings. Unfortunately, this is necessary because your network is wholly untrustworthy. Thus, I require an environment to rebut any misleading reporting on your part---which I am certain will occur. I require that our interview is video recorded in its entirety. You have no obligation to publish the video recording. But I will. That is my only requirement. And it's quite reasonable.

One of the easily debunked talking points of the godless commies is that Trump lost 61 out of 62 election fraud lawsuits.

In 26 cases, with Trump as the lead plaintiff, there were only 8 that had hearings on the merits. Trump prevailed in 4 out of 8 cases.

There were 61 cases where the GOP was the lead plaintiff. Only 18 of those had hearings on the merits. The GOP prevailed in 15 out of 18 cases.

There were 5 cases where Trump/GOP were the Defendants. Only 4 had merits hearings. Trump/GOP prevailed in 3 out of 4 cases.

Almost ALL election fraud cases that were election outcome determinative from a national standpoint were dismissed based on legal standing grounds.
