Reminder:

Dominion machines are not currently certified in compliance with the N.M. Election Code. In a letter dated May 28th, 2021, the SOS office advises Dominion, that they are unable to certify Dominion’s system under the most recent United States Election Assistance Commission Code (EAC). The EAC published and identified their most recent “Voluntary Voting System Guidelines,” as “VVSG 2.0.” However, the EAC has not certified any independent testing laboratories to perform the “VVSG 2.0” certification.

This is a major problem under New Mexico’s Election Code as written. “A voting system that does not comply with all requirements in the Election Code and the most recent voluntary voting system guidelines adopted by the United States election assistance commission shall be decertified for use in this state.” NMSA 1-9-7.4(B).

As mentioned before, the Torrance county commission held a closed door session with Dominion's favorite NM legislator, Senator Daniel Ivey-Soto. Ivey-Soto is Executive Director of Vandelay Solutions, which provides "professional services" in the administration of elections. His company entered into two contracts with counties before for $37,500 and $45,000.

He was found to have sent an email to all NM county clerks threatening the potential criminal prosecution of those withholding certification of the illegal Dominion machines.

Ivey-Soto was also accused of groping and fondling lobbyist Marianna Anaya and forcibly grabbing UNM employee Gayle Krueger.

This is who county commissioners are listening to over “We the People.”

County Clerk Tina Peters facing felony charges; indictment arraignment pushed back

MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KKCO) - Mesa County Court Clerk Tina Peters appeared in court yesterday and received a continuance after the judge overseeing her case pushed back the arraignment on a 13-count criminal indictment against Peters and her Chief Deputy Belinda Knisely. Peters is facing criminal felony charges for allegedly tampering with election equipment and official misconduct. She is also charged with obstruction.

The charges resulted in Colorado’s Secretary of State Jena Griswold to name three people to oversee the county’s primaries at month’s end. In a video released to KKCO, Peters claims that Griswold was using tactics of a dictator and compared her to the Nazi secret police. “That’s why we call her ‘Gestapo Griswold,’” said Peters. Peters also claimed that Griswold had “weaponized law enforcement [and] terrorized her political opponent.”

After the 2020 election, Peters was quick to question the validity of the election. Months later, in August of 2021, a far-right website published passwords and other confidential information from a Dominion Voting Systems machine. Peters acknowledged in a court filing that she had taking photos and videos of Dominion software during an update. An additional filing confirmed that confidential passwords for the county’s election equipment were clearly visible on a laptop screen belonging to an employee from the Secretary of State’s office. Photos and videos of the laptop were taken and later posted to the right-wing site.
