The Writ of Mandamus applies to non-discretionary, mere ministerial acts. Election certification is a discretionary act based on a commission’s judgment that the election is worthy of certification.

The Unselect Committee has been unable the answer, or in any way refute, the detailed statement, put out yesterday, of voter fraud and irregularities in numerous states that took place in the 2020 Presidential Election. She cites a race for a then-District 2 seat on the commission where two candidates in the Republican primary are separated by only 11 votes and that three of those votes came from places where there once were homes but are now vacant lots.”
